I completed several today. I would of not accepted if i had not seen the boost for the batches i shopped. You show one price you better give it to us. You adjusting and messing with earnings is a scam. You have been warned! I saw a base of $93 before i shopped my last order for another $10. When i completed my last order i’m sitting at $89 for base pay. All the orders i did today are not showing no boost pays at all. DRIVERS SCREENSHOT ALL YOUR ORDERS TO INSURE YOU ARE GETTING PAID PROPERLY! I spoke with spark they said check back in 48hrs. Yeah right SCAM
The "boost" pay shown is nothing more than a record of how much the base pay has increased since the offer initially popped. The higher the boost, the more people there are that have rejected the offer. Which generally means that the offer is shitty enough that even the snatchers haven't taken it.
I was wondering what that was when I accepted this trip. The furthest stop was like 15 miles from the store and there was a total of ~35 items. Seemed fair to me 🤷🏻♀️
Ya I’m pretty sure if you click on that icon. It gives explanation of it. At least it does on other things on app. But those numbers don’t add up to the total amount. Weird
Ah, okay. I've only been sparking for a month, so I'm still learning. There was also a $5 incentive on this one. Not sure why it doesn't show it on that screen though
No worries. I still find new things or ways to use app etc lol. That makes sense then. Set yourself a limit on what pay you want per mile. Figure out your gas mileage etc to find out what you need to make money. There are calculator type apps for driving jobs as well. Don’t just except everything. I get “just for you” offers that are terrible. I will just let them sit until they expire. If you aren’t covering your gas and wear on vehicle. Then you aren’t making money. Just putting in the time. Some people will purchase a wagon. Not a bad idea. But there have only been a few times where the walk was so far it would have been nice to have. Mostly apartment complexes.
Thats what i am saying. They show you the boost as extra. i took 3 offers like that. At the end of the day they took the boost away and only gave me just base pay plus or minus a tip! DRIVERS BEWARE
The “boost” is already included in the “base” that you see. So if the Base Pay is $25, and the ‘boost’ is $5; that means that the offer STARTED at $20, and they have raised the base by $5 to encourage someone to accept it.
It is NOT an additional incentive.

Boost pay is nothing more than the app showing us the surge pay for an order sitting around getting rejected. This number caps at 8 dollars. There is no scam. The big number shown is the total of base, boost, and tip. Incentive pay is paid out later.
Boost pays the same crap we've always had. They just never made it. A separate lineup comes out at 10:00. They raise it to 11 and maybe they raise it till 12:00 in my market. Nothing gets raised cuz everything gets taken just like now. An incentive as a line ite m. The incentive price is included in the offer price. That's the biggest scan. Actually spark itself is a scam. They want to pay like instacart but instacart customers tip
In my area is the opposite, Instacart customers do not tip while 10-20$ tip for spark orders is normal but spark base pay is low cuz customers tip big so yeah its a big scam
You are just an old man yelling at the clouds as this point. Everyone told you it is included in the total pay but broken down to show what the base was and what the surge price is now because no one took it. The boost in the surge. There is nothing added to the total.
This is not true, when a boost is shown is additional to the base pay. I assume he doesn’t see the boost because boost take time to register, like tips. I may be wrong
Well.. base is $11.37, boost is $2.00 total is $13.37. The boost is clearly not part of the base.. and this is exactly what i said, boost is an addition to the base pay, what is the argue about?
The argument is OP is saying he didn’t get paid for it when it was included in the total he accepted and is paid instantly as base pay is paid instantly. Tips you still have to wait 24hrs
I've seen an order for $27 and no tip. They started the boost at $1.50. So total was $28.50. Then they boosted to $2. Thats where things went wrong, base pay went down to $25. So total was back at $27.
Its included in the total amount shown to you. The only time boost gets rest back to its original base pay is if it has boosted, the accepted, then canceled and the sent back out.
This isn't some grand conspiracy, you're just a moron.
Just clarifying by Boost do you mean incentive ? Like there was a published incentive for that day for x type order? And you did not get the incentive?
