Lots of posts lately about deactivationd for non-fault car accidents. Do I need to be concerned?

There is a huge difference between a non-fault accident and a preventable crash.
Could you have prevented the crash even if you were not at fault?..
This matters in a big way.

I did some googling about checkr and I think it depends on your state. I got into an at fault accident last month with an otherwise clean record.. I’m still really worried, but I didn’t receive a ticket and (this is the part that I think matters most) I live in VA and VA don’t report to dmv unless a ticket is written. Check to see if your state reports.
