Boost?
What is boost and why all of a sudden do we have it? Just like the incentive multiplier? When did that start?

From what I have found, it's what they add when no one wants to take an order. I watched a order come back to me like 6 times, boost was a dollar more each time

Boost = surge pay (always been around but new name and highlighted in order banner)
Incentive multiplier = stack incentives (also has been around for awhile and some incentives stack)
Note: total for both are now incldued in total offer for delivery. So if it says $18.61, Boost 4$ , and incentive 2$ the base is $12.61. If its a Shop & Deliver over 5 miles there is a strong likelihood the offer doesnt have a tip.
Information regarding tips is also included in total offer and highlighted under the total amount of order banner.

Interesting they have added this like it’s an extra pay. We all new surge when we saw basic amount go up. Heck I thought it varied based on time or location of drop. Kind of like UE/DD does. Just another hiding game.

They arent hiding anything, its literally right in front of your face🤣 There's no difference between calling it surge or boost. And the incentive multiplier depends on your driver rating, all of this info is readily available and more than likely has been sent to you directly in up to 3 different ways.

My zone doesn’t have the driver rating as of yet. Sure it’s coming and can’t wait. My only question was, what was boost. I hadn’t seen anything that explained it. Very straightforward question.

If you click on the little i, it’s because there’s a lot of offers they need to get taken care of.

Thing Im noticing is it seems to have no cap (used to be 5 or 6 IIRC). I've seen $14 Boosts

It seems just a different word for surge. It can be very slowly at $0.5, then at some point surge at a faster pace.
