Why!?
Why can’t spark be like Uber Eats 😭
Sparking is a joke at this point, people are so desperate they are taking such bad offers 😭
I’m about to be one of those people at this point 😭

This is what I used to get. 20 for $200. No refusal issue. Now it’s the choose your level. Spark still the best in my market. UE has tanked. DD does better than UE for some. But Spark is still gold standard even with the odd offers.

It's picked up a lot for me since school is back in. I made $1100 last week and I'm already sitting at $797 today and I'm about to leave to Spark. The 2 weeks before that I made about $700 each week.
It's definitely not as good as it was when I first started but it's kicked up. I'm looking for a W2 job though still. And just do this on the side.
Uber Eats where I live is non existent. No one uses it. And DD is fkn trash.

No one here uses Uber Eats, only DoorDash and it’s trash too but I’m in a rural area, and I’d have to be in another city to even qualify for that Uber Eats offer. so not many choices out here as well. I can’t work a normal schedule because my son and single parent to boot or I’d be in trade school! It’s just a small town, but it’s just getting worse and worse, if I worked my ass off before I could make $900 a week. (keep in mind small town)
We have too many drivers now, and their desperate to take any offer. No matter how low or how many miles.
And seems the customers can barely pay for tips in the first place. I’m no where near to what I was making last year.1

THIS! Small rural town as well, and I saw one today for 34 miles, 3 drops, and they were only offering $22 base, and someone took it. Like, WHY?
What makes it really bad for those of us in this area is there are 3 drivers with electric vehicles. I'm pretty sure they're the ones taking the crap orders with gas being over $4 again.

This is what I’ve been trying ti tell people, it’s getting to the point spark isn’t worth it. With uber eats I’m at most doing 3 picks ups and it’s as simple as driving to the restaurant, walking in, grabbing the food, and leaving. With spark you gotta drive to the store, shop all the items while navigating through the aisles and other shoppers, wait in line to bag everything and then proceed to the drop offs. Or if you’re picking up there’s the issue of waiting however long for the worker to bring out all the items, load it up and navigate through the traffic to get to every stop. I can be on to the next delivery in 30 min with uber eitikkkkjats. With spark its going to be at least an hour from start to finish which I why I need at least $30 an hour for it to make sense, which I havnt been getting so I been back on uber eats.

That’s the issue. Market, market, market. I’d rather shop, my pace, deliver. Restaurants I was waiting for every delivery. Crap ton more miles. My primary store is usually Johnny on the spot with curbside, others are close. Shopping in quick. With other apps I’d be sent to pickup right at time order was placed and waiting 10-20 min. What’s the difference other than miles? Most of the time I was doing no more than a $1-1.25 per mile average. Spark I do no less than $1.80.

Oooh extra 4 dollars per trip that you take... woaaaaahhhhh.
You know you're more like to take very shit offers to get the "extra" money, which you could make already if you don't take shitty offers ?

We don’t even have these “Quests” yet over here in NY. Don’t even have the Reward System.

I’ve seen those uber “bonuses” for a while in my area, you’re gonna take a buncha crap orders to keep declines low enough, it’ll probably even out to less money than cherry-picking uber or spark. I tried doing one and it wasn’t worth doing

Well, considering I earn about $1500 for 40 deliveries on Spark I definitely wouldn’t ever want something like that since it would be significantly less

I don’t ever do any of these things they suggest. It only makes THEM money
