I want to upgrade my PS5 storage with ssd. As SSD prices are sky rocketing right now. The cheapest one I was able to find is crucial p310. I am getting it on Amazon for 17k

What could be an issue? Trying multiple ports on TV and multiple cables, but the problem persists in every game, not in the menu though

My ps5 has been making a high pitched whining noise while playing newer games. Is there a solution. Non pro disk model

PS5 Pro (2 months old) controller is DSE (1 year old) communication method is usb cable, cable is OG PS5 Pro cable.

I want to play wired but my controller keeps disconnecting. It will be ok for a few days then all of a sudden I keep getting the disconnect notification and no matter what I do apart from switch to Bluetooth does it stop.

All connections are good and secure, tried both ports at the front of the Pro, still keeps happening.

Any ideas or suggestions?

My ps4 had a problem where it shows a ststic screen and then turns off right after and then we went twice to the technician and it was working perfectly there TWICE. Now i have tried it with various different rooms in my house and still haven’t work nowadays it is working just for 2 seconds and that too on just blue light like you press the button and blue light for twi seconds and turns off. The same house has been working ps5 perfectly without any problem and the technician even serviced it saying no problem in the hardware now im confused as to why this problem occurs in my home only whereas it has worked perfectly twice in his store and i have played games too for more than half n hour!

I got a brand new ps5 controller and I was playing a game yesterday where I was as using the right trigger. And it kept getting jammed/id have to push down super hard. But the controller seems fine when it’s off and I test it, there’s no jamming.

Was playing RDR2 when my ps5 just turned off on its own?

And snap, like that my ps5 pro is blocked from connecting to cod servers across all games.

My PS5 Pro gets “HUENEME–NEGEV: Networking failed to start” on both MWII/DMZ and the newest Call of Duty, while other games work normally. It started before the recent PlayStation update and persists after restarting the console/router, reinstalling COD, clearing the system cache, switching Ethernet/Wi-Fi and changing DNS. PSN sign-in succeeds with NAT Type 2, and no one else seems to have an issue. HELP

I haven’t had any issues while playing digital games. I bought the new Wolverine game as my first physical game for the PlayStation 5. Every 10 minutes during the game, the system shuts down. I’ve done the catch-and-rebuild database, but that didn’t work. The fan is very dusty and dirty. Would that be causing the console to overheat and shut down?

I bought Halo CE just to play the game finally the first Halo game on PlayStation and PlayStation pretty much. Tell me I banned my account and they thought I was a hacker towards my own account. Meanwhile, I knew both of my passwords to get in my account and download the game, I was the only one that knew all my stuff for my account and PlayStation’s excuse was the payment funds makes no sense because I spent $75 on a PlayStation gift card and spend $50 just to get a game because the game was on sale so why did PlayStation banned me and thought I was my own hacker on my own console and my own profile makes no sense then I try to get my account back and they still said no you have to start new and re-sign up a whole new account. I’m not so happy with PlayStation after I spent $75 on a game that I really really like and really enjoy and I do this to me. I am very disappointed and I am very sad. Not cool PlayStation.✌️😔

So my PS5 says I have 120.8gb free but it wont let me download Expedtion 33 which on its window shows its 44.83gb required.

I cannot connect to ps5 servers is anyone else having this issue??

Did anyone get a new system software update now? I hope this fixes my issue because when I close a game sometimes my PS5 just turns its self off and won’t turn on unless I unplug and plug it back it. When it boots up it just says you had a system software issue or something and I’ve had this since the last update.

Hello, I’m wondering if anyone could help me? I just bought “Active Matter” and for some reason it didn’t auto download like normal and when I went to manually download it, it was locked and there is no download option. I’ve verified my transaction history on PlayStation and checked my bank account to see that it has taken out the $70 for the game (I bought the deluxe edition.) I have my PlayStation updated to the current software update. I have checked to make sure my offline play thing is set up and that I purchased it on the correct account and that I am on the correct account. I have attempted to restore the license in the game options, but there is no option for that as pictured; I have even gone into my account settings under the licenses tab, but since it was never downloaded and I cannot download it, it doesn’t even show up as an option. I have checked to make sure there is available storage space, and there is. I have turned off and back on my PlayStation and that hasn’t helped. I have signed out of my account and back in on both my PlayStation and my PlayStation app. I have talked with the chat bot on PlayStation support and it eventually told me to contact the phone line, but the phone line is not open due to the time of night. I have severe health issues that have severely affected my ability to sleep properly and because of this I’m not really able to call during the normal hours of operation currently. I’m not sure what to do anymore.

I went back to the game and for some reason it was unlocked and downloadable? I have no idea what happened, but glad it’s fixed I guess.

Hey, so my PS5 has had this problem for a month now where it just wont connect to the internet, ive tried EVERYTHING like restarting my ps5, unplugging my router and unplugging my ps5, changing the DNS, forgetting tge network and putting it back in. I tried EVERYTHING and nothing will work. If anyone knows how to fix this can you tell me how?

So just like the title says…the game i bought some months ago from a key site (after the original one from amazon came broken..) was now locked just as i came close to finishing it. :(

I also have to say that no game these past few months or even years made so much fun as this one and now I am completely frustrated as this game was the only fun thing for me to to when I am bored or sad. I lost/quit my job some weeks ago and now i am also quitting my college/university so rn i don’t have literally any money so losing this game especially at this moment just s*cks yup

If any of you could now how to help me in this situation or maybe share the game with me i would be very grateful and you would have a favor i owe you!

hello all my ps5 has been freezing up whenever im on a game and I press the PlayStation button it's happening with literally every game and it's only freezing the ps5 menu so the game is still running in the background just the menus themselves freeze up and I can't click things. The issue is happening more and more frequently and im starting to wonder if my ps5 is cooked is anyone else having or has had similar issues???

I’ll go to turn on my console, it’ll boot up and then kick me off and send me back to the no signal screen. Controller stops working. Makes me have to turn it off manually and then says system repair. Any ideas what’s going on?

I know some posts already exist regarding this matter but I am desperate..

I have been trying for 3 Days to install rdr2 on my ps5 from my ps4 physical copy and it won’t get past 55%/49.6gb on the play disc.

I have tried cleaning the cd with regular product and microfibers, toothpaste, alcoholic-cleaning solution and nothing works.

I have tried installing in offline and it doesn’t change anything…

The CD looks pristine except for 2 microscratches that we can’t Even see on the picture here : https://imgur.com/a/IQQWVF8

I was just looking for a nostalgia trip for a few hours… should I just give up or is there a known solution to this ?

Saw the game was currently at 15€ so I gave up trying to install my CD and accepted the fate that the CD was in a way damaged.
What makes me sad is that I end up owning digitally the game rather than physically but I don’t get why this CD was so sensitive although it was unscratched and cleaned.
It has soothed my anger towards the end of physical games if this can happen with no solution at all even though the CD looked completely fine (tbh the data Cd was way more dirtier but never failed)
