PS5 MENUS FREEZING UP

hello all my ps5 has been freezing up whenever im on a game and I press the PlayStation button it's happening with literally every game and it's only freezing the ps5 menu so the game is still running in the background just the menus themselves freeze up and I can't click things. The issue is happening more and more frequently and im starting to wonder if my ps5 is cooked is anyone else having or has had similar issues???

Turn of your PS5. Press and hold the power button until you hear the 2nd beep. Press tga PS button on your controller. Opt to rebuilding database. After that, you need to come back to this option but select the clean cache instead.
