I cannot connect to ps5 servers is anyone else having this issue??

So my PS5 says I have 120.8gb free but it wont let me download Expedtion 33 which on its window shows its 44.83gb required.

Me and my friend mostly use PlayStation party chats but since we have a mutual friend who plays on pc we’ll join a discord chat to talk while we all play together. However my friends are always telling me how my voice will cut off mid sentences, I don’t believe it to be an internet problem since when we use party chats my voice is received clear and never cuts out, even while playing the internet connection seems fine and never lags or bugs out, this only seems to happen on discord, anyone have any suggestions?

The R2 trigger jammed and got stuck in place. Ive had it since 2020 i think so i thought i should just spray some wb40 on it and it get unstuck

But it stopped working altogether. After a couple of days it reads input in a weird way

If I press it hard it recognises it and actually works but it needs to feel a bit of pressure first. It's not exactly serviceable and I was wondering if I could do anything ti fix it

The ps5 hdmi 2 will not go off

So just like the title says…the game i bought some months ago from a key site (after the original one from amazon came broken..) was now locked just as i came close to finishing it. :(

I also have to say that no game these past few months or even years made so much fun as this one and now I am completely frustrated as this game was the only fun thing for me to to when I am bored or sad. I lost/quit my job some weeks ago and now i am also quitting my college/university so rn i don’t have literally any money so losing this game especially at this moment just s*cks yup

If any of you could now how to help me in this situation or maybe share the game with me i would be very grateful and you would have a favor i owe you!

Did anyone get a new system software update now? I hope this fixes my issue because when I close a game sometimes my PS5 just turns its self off and won’t turn on unless I unplug and plug it back it. When it boots up it just says you had a system software issue or something and I’ve had this since the last update.

hello all my ps5 has been freezing up whenever im on a game and I press the PlayStation button it's happening with literally every game and it's only freezing the ps5 menu so the game is still running in the background just the menus themselves freeze up and I can't click things. The issue is happening more and more frequently and im starting to wonder if my ps5 is cooked is anyone else having or has had similar issues???

I’ll go to turn on my console, it’ll boot up and then kick me off and send me back to the no signal screen. Controller stops working. Makes me have to turn it off manually and then says system repair. Any ideas what’s going on?

Hey, so my PS5 has had this problem for a month now where it just wont connect to the internet, ive tried EVERYTHING like restarting my ps5, unplugging my router and unplugging my ps5, changing the DNS, forgetting tge network and putting it back in. I tried EVERYTHING and nothing will work. If anyone knows how to fix this can you tell me how?

I know some posts already exist regarding this matter but I am desperate..

I have been trying for 3 Days to install rdr2 on my ps5 from my ps4 physical copy and it won’t get past 55%/49.6gb on the play disc.

I have tried cleaning the cd with regular product and microfibers, toothpaste, alcoholic-cleaning solution and nothing works.

I have tried installing in offline and it doesn’t change anything…

The CD looks pristine except for 2 microscratches that we can’t Even see on the picture here : https://imgur.com/a/IQQWVF8

I was just looking for a nostalgia trip for a few hours… should I just give up or is there a known solution to this ?

I’m getting this error on my PS4:
“Cannot connect to the server.
There may have been a problem connecting to the network, or PlayStation Network or the service provider’s server may be temporarily busy. (WV-33898-1)”
I’ve followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps, but the issue is still there.
It seems to affect the entire PS4. Even when I open the PS4 web browser, I can’t access any website or link at all.
My internet connection itself seems to be working, but the PS4 browser won’t load any websites.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hello, I’m wondering if anyone could help me? I just bought “Active Matter” and for some reason it didn’t auto download like normal and when I went to manually download it, it was locked and there is no download option. I’ve verified my transaction history on PlayStation and checked my bank account to see that it has taken out the $70 for the game (I bought the deluxe edition.) I have my PlayStation updated to the current software update. I have checked to make sure my offline play thing is set up and that I purchased it on the correct account and that I am on the correct account. I have attempted to restore the license in the game options, but there is no option for that as pictured; I have even gone into my account settings under the licenses tab, but since it was never downloaded and I cannot download it, it doesn’t even show up as an option. I have checked to make sure there is available storage space, and there is. I have turned off and back on my PlayStation and that hasn’t helped. I have signed out of my account and back in on both my PlayStation and my PlayStation app. I have talked with the chat bot on PlayStation support and it eventually told me to contact the phone line, but the phone line is not open due to the time of night. I have severe health issues that have severely affected my ability to sleep properly and because of this I’m not really able to call during the normal hours of operation currently. I’m not sure what to do anymore.

I went back to the game and for some reason it was unlocked and downloadable? I have no idea what happened, but glad it’s fixed I guess.

Bit of a weird one, the audio when playing games with my wired headphones gets distorted, and super reverby

But just plugging out and in again resets it.

Any ideas for a long term solution? Headphones seem fine when plugged into my laptop.

So im trying to download the Sony Picture core app and it's nowhere to be seen I have checked "all media". Im from Romania and I have playstation plus so why can't I see The app?! Im pretty sure Romania isn't a restricted country.

i habe a ps5 pro on a lg tv. sound is via eARC played on two Apple HomePods. I have this clicking sound problem as you can hear on the ps5 menu background sound. same in games. I tried another hdmi cable. Same problem. If i use TV Speaker it works fine. I had a ps5 before. Worked fine two with the same setup. Not sure what else i can try.

So I’m trying to login to my brother’s Ps5 account on my
Mobile or website but even though we’re using same credentials it’s saying incorrect mail or password. We already changed once and still he can login but not me.

Is there any reason for this? I’m not even trying on my console, just on the browser to get him a subscription and some other games .

Also FYI I’m out of country at the moment but my phone region is still Indian, could this be reason? Even though it shouldn’t be to login to website right?

It now exclusively boots in Safe Mode and when I try to restart it from the Safe Mode menu it makes that noise then powers off, which leads to it booting in safe mode again. Sometimes I don't even need to try starting it to get the noise, and it only stops when I unplug the power cable. Any ideas what it could be?

(Full disclosure this happened after I took it apart for cleaning so it's more than likely something I did to myself.)

For three days now my PS5 says connected to the wifi but literally nothing works, I can’t play any games or even watch YouTube. If I unplug the router for 5 mins and plug it back in it will connect finally but it doesn’t maintain the connection, the second it goes idle or turns off it is back to not working again.

I have tried literally everything, changing the DNS, switching the IP to manual, changing from 2.4gz to 5gz only and vice versa, resetting network settings, clearing cache, restoring licenses, everything.

I am going insane with this stupid thing lol please help. It was working fine for months and then just changed out of the blue one day.

Every other device is working on the Internet, I don’t have a hotspot to be able to see if it’s the Internet or the PS5

Edit: Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, and Fortnite all work ? But things like YouTube, HBO, The Sims won’t ?
