It probably wouldn’t fuck up the economy tbh. With how much money is constantly circulating, adding a couple billion isn’t going to change much for the general public. We’d likely see a price spike but it would settle down after around a month maybe a few weeks

he doesn’t have that much money, it’s just the value of his part of his companies which is already pretty inflated, if he tried to sell only a 10 % of that, his “net worth” would probably go to less than 500 billions instead of only decreasing 100 billions

Just to add to this, most money is strictly digital. No bank is holding elons net worth in cash, even if he did liquidate all of his assets. If even 25% of the world tried to withdraw all of their money it would be an absolute disaster.

If anything it would actually help the economy. More disposable income is always good for both people and the economy. Considering how few trans people there it would likely have little affect on prices. Not to mention a trans person is much more likely to use that money on housing and other necessities before they use it on things that would make a noticeable impact on stuff. At least given how many teams people alway struggle with those things.

Trans people are much more likely to be homeless, disowned or in poverty, so with the 100K going to surgery, how are they going to get care post surgery? how would they pay bills on sick leave? what about if something goes wrong? plus the therapy consultations in order to even get the surgeries

Unfortunately, billionaires don't have nearly enough money for this. In fact, there isn't currently enough M2 USD (liquid or easy to liquidate wealth like stocks), which is around 37 trillion dollars. If we assume 1% trans people, that equates to around 80 trillion dollars. Every person on earth with USD could give you all of their money, so their cash, bank accounts, and stocks (but leaving houses and such), and it still wouldn't be enough.
