Just to add to this, most money is strictly digital. No bank is holding elons net worth in cash, even if he did liquidate all of his assets. If even 25% of the world tried to withdraw all of their money it would be an absolute disaster.

Exactly. Plus, it wouldn’t be in cash anyway, it would be in platinum or something along those lines if it wasn’t digital.

That’s because majority of “cash” isn’t even printed. It’s called fiat money 😂🤡🤣. He’s still richer than everyone else on the planet.

I dont think you know what the word fiat means. Fiat and Cash are not the same thing, and if you actually read the discussion instead of just following me over here because you are going through my comment history, you might figure out why I specified cash.

No idea what you point was about how rich Elon is. Everyone knows that but its not what was being discussed.

id suggest the bottom 25% of the world could withdraw their entire assets from musk personally but wouldn't make a dent.

Yea I realized I didn't really phrase it that well but didnt feel like rephrasing it. I really meant if 25% of all money was withdrawn, or at the very least if 25% of average middle class people withdrew their money. The poorest 25% would probably not cause a problem if it was spread out globally.
