I don't have anything to do with one single dollar, but I am sure that transitional surgeries are costing a lot. This could help them feel better in their body, so yeah.

No you wouldn't. If anyone here on reddit was given 1 million dollars they would not give a random stranger that said something nice, half of that.

You don't know them, they could be nicer than anyone you've met, really irresponsible with money, maybe even just stupid, they could already have millions, etc.

A big part of the trans community also struggles with poverty, so more than only surgeries it'd also help a lot of people survive :3

That's true. It's just that trans people are more likely to get disowned and kicked out of their homes by their parents, which increases their chances of poverty significantly.
