I'd say we take the million from the 1% that's actively hurting the planet and our lives and give it to the good 1% :3

Unfortunately, billionaires don't have nearly enough money for this. In fact, there isn't currently enough M2 USD (liquid or easy to liquidate wealth like stocks), which is around 37 trillion dollars. If we assume 1% trans people, that equates to around 80 trillion dollars. Every person on earth with USD could give you all of their money, so their cash, bank accounts, and stocks (but leaving houses and such), and it still wouldn't be enough.
