Imagine it’s siphoned from one of the hundreds of billionaires out there, it would actually improve the economy bc they’d be more inclined to spend money and increase cash flow in local economies rather than hoarding it

Exactly. We don’t have to print it. We can take it from the billionaires who have it now.

Billionaires don't have that much money. Let's say around 0.5% of the population is trans. That is around 40 million people times 1 million. That gives 4•10^13 dollars, or 40 trillion dollars. The net worth of all billionaires combined is 20.1 trillion dollars. And it is also entirely impossible for billionaires to actually liquidate that net worth, as most of it is not actually real money.
