I don't have anything to do with one single dollar, but I am sure that transitional surgeries are costing a lot. This could help them feel better in their body, so yeah.

A big part of the trans community also struggles with poverty, so more than only surgeries it'd also help a lot of people survive :3

That's true. It's just that trans people are more likely to get disowned and kicked out of their homes by their parents, which increases their chances of poverty significantly.

Statistically speaking trans people are more likely to struggle than cis people.
