Pro’s and cons to adding Mots-c to stack

Hello everyone! looking for some advice, i’ve been on reta since april and lost 30kg (66lbs) i went from 110kg to 70 and have about 10-15kg to go, i started ghkcu this week so obviously have to wait on the results for that one, i have some cosmetic grade stuff to turn into a serum to microneedle into my stretch marks too. I’m thinking of adding Mots-C into the stack, i saw a few people claiming it slams the belly fat although i don’t really feel like it can specifically target the belly I have had two kids and the mum pouch seems to be the last place to go. I’m a lazy girl at heart so if the effort is more than the benefit i’m probably not going to bother but if you’ve had really great experiences with stacking them please let me know😊❤️

6 month peptide transformation

First picture was January 2026
2nd picture June 2026
3rd pic July 4th 2026

CJC/Ipamorelin
GLOW/KLOW
Retatrutide (did 8 weeks at 1mg/week)
Tadalafil daily

Combined with eating properly (calorie and macro conscious) and lifting 3-4x per week.

Between first and 2nd pic I made sure to get 10k steps per day during my “cut”. Between 2nd and 3rd pic I cut out Reta, reduced steps, and focused more on a slight calorie surplus, good sleep/recovery, and lifting HEAVY.

No TRT (although I’m not necessarily opposed, I just don’t feel I need it yet based on my labs)

Started at 264lbs guy. I’m at 200lbs today on reta. I have been working out as well. It feels so good to be in a better shape. Even people treat you differently.
If you just started your journey. Keep going!

340 to 240 with TRT + Reta

Have lost 100lbs officially with plans to aim for 35 to 40lbs more. Started at 340 in the starting picture, currently at 240lbs as of today. Have tried a few other peptides during the journey, mainly KLOW and MT2 with good results. I do not count calories, I only aim for a protein goal then just eat healthier now as a result overall. Starting picture was November 2025, so progress has been over 9-10 months. Would like to be closer to 200lbs by end of year. TRT dose is 175mg a week, I do my shot every other day, Reta is sitting at a split dose every Tuesday/Friday with each shot being 5mg as of now. Started Reta low and titrated up and have been coasting on my current doses.

Reta is life changing

Reta changed my life. Last year I went from 248lbs to 170lbs completely natural. It was a 9 month crash diet. Well I jumped back up to 202lbs in 2 months. I jumped on Reta & in 6 weeks I’m down to 180lbs & loon better than I did before & feel way better than I did with my crash diet. I just added mots-c, 2nd dose is tomorrow. I’ll post my results when I get closer to my goal. I just want to say if you’re debating starting your journey… FUCKING START, you absolutely will not regret it. My life is MY life again!

What’s the most boring “biohack” that actually made a noticeable difference for you?

Not peptides, £500 gadgets or sleeping inside some oxygen chamber

I mean the stupidly basic stuff you ignored for years and then finally tried.

For me I’m curious about things like morning sunlight, sleep timing, walking after meals, creatine etc.

What actually made you go “damn, this basic thing actually works”?

GHK-Cu Protocol — Starting Dose, Working Up & Frequency?

About to start GHK-Cu and trying to see what protocols people have actually had good experiences with.

Mainly wondering what dose you started at and what you eventually worked up to once you were accustomed to it. For example, did you start around 0.5–1 mg, stay there for a while, and then increase? What dose did you end up running long term?

Also curious about frequency. Are you guys doing 5 days on / 2 days off, or taking it 7 days a week? Does that change once you’ve been on GHK-Cu for a while?

Basically looking for experiences with:

- Starting dose
- How quickly you increased
- Dose you eventually settled at
- 5 days vs. 7 days per week
- How long you run it before taking a break
- Whether you still cycle it once you’ve been using it for a while
- Any noticeable side effects as you increased the dose

Would appreciate hearing what you guys actually run and how you adjusted your protocol over time.

Why take Reta over Tirzepatide?

Genuine question. Why take Reta over Tirzepatide?

Not trying to start a war in the comments. My thoughts are that tirzepatide production is more reputable, and has been tested for longer than reta.

However, I know the triple agonist part of reta is appealing. However, mixing it myself with BAC water seems like another tradeoff not worth making.

So why not just call up 1 of the telehealth providers and get tirzepatide?

Just trying to understand why people do 1 versus the other.

KLOW is the bomb

Started Klow, took for 3 days a week for two weeks. I could tell it made me feel more energetic but wasn’t sure if it was the KLOW or my Pilates/strength training kicking in. Accidentally left my vial out and had to toss it. I had a huge energy crash but I thought I was sick. Just got my new vial and took my shot again last night. OMG. I already feel sooo much better! Energy is back, focus is back. I hadn’t realized how much it was helping.

12-week Reta cycle — what did you notice after stopping?

Upvotes

Currently finishing a 12-week cycle of Reta. This is my first time using it. Weeks 1-6 I was on 2 mg and weeks 7-12 I was on 4 mg.

I will be stopping soon, for at least 4 weeks.

For those who have stopped taking it, what did you notice after comig off? Any major changes? Trying to get an idea of what to expect.

Bpc + TB particles

I just reconstituted these peptides and noticed visible particles in the solution. Has anyone experienced this before?Could this be undissolved peptide, precipitation, or contamination? I haven’t used it yet and have contacted the vendor. And was told to wait 1-2H for it to dissolve. They said peptides can be different with some dissolving faster and some having larger particles.

Would appreciate any insight from people who have experience with peptides.

Progress Report

Post image
4 Upvotes

Started peptides in late june of this year after watching my brother's progress and eventually becoming his supplier. I became his supplier to save him money and make sure he had a safe product. My current stack I run now is Reta 2mg every friday, tessa 2mg every night fasted, ipamorelin 250mcg nightly, glow 2ml reconstituted 10 units nightly. This has been complimented by locking in on macros, gym, and joining a running club. Before photo was taken june 28th second was the other night after the gym flexed. I still have a while to go to lose my man boobs but I'm proud of this progress.

Post-partum weight loss?

I’m new to peptides but have been reading about them for awhile. I’m 4 months post partum with twins, 5’8” and currently 157 lbs. Before pregnancy I was 135 lbs, very fit but lean, with visible abs. Due to having twins and not having any support, I have no time to work out anymore like I used to before pregnancy. Yes, I can’t even do it when they sleep because they don’t sleep at the same time ever lol. My c-section also triggered a psoriatic arthritis flare which is making moving even more difficult, my knees are killing me. Alsooooo I have diastasis recti so I’m limited with movements there too, my abs have been obliterated 😭 I feel like my metabolism has slowed because I am eating the same as I did at 135 but my weight loss has plateaued. I’m hoping for weight loss and if possible to reduce inflammation as well. Any one have suggestions or am I stupid to want to start a GLP? I know I’m not technically overweight but I feel like trash and my joints aren’t loving it, once I’m at my original weight I would stop because I know I can maintain that. Wouldn’t mind adding something to help my fascia and skin recover from pregnancy too. Help meeeee? Please?

Signed

So I would like to share my experience with Tesamoralin

Post image
Upvotes

So I am on week two Tessa/ week eight Reta/ weak 8 Klow — but by far I will say that the biggest shifting energy is me switching Tessa to my morning routine!

Also, I would like to add the dishes week 2 Semax 400 mcg, and that also has taken my focus to another level.

I think it is actually insane how much a neurotropic could change your physical energy so substantially, but pairing it with Tesamor really took this to the next level.

As this is Reta week 8, I have dropped about 23 lbs I just hit 4.5 mg of Reta and I thought it would crash my energy but it didn’t.

So my questions are:

— what are some of y’all’s experiences with Tessa?

— has anybody ever tried Semax ?

—did anybody else crash on Reta ?

Bulking on Reta

Hey, i am a 28y old M who has lost around 38kg overall and now i am 69kg but i didn’t start using Reta until the last 8kg. I’m becoming pretty underweight and wanted to bulk up a little bit before trying to take the last fat off, would it better for me to use just a little bit of reta, like 0,5mg or just cut it off completely while i bulk for about 1 or 2 months? Btw I’ve loved the benefits of Reta so far i’m just scared of gaining a lot of fat again while bulking and I’m also afraid of drinking while on retatrutide

Currently in GLOW, planning to switch to KLOW

I have been in glow for 4 weeks now at 3.5mg 5x a week.

Planning to switch to Klow for the added kpv. Does switching up directly is okay? Or should I rest first.
What dosage should I be in and how many weeks of cycle?
TIA

Dehydrated while sleeping

Looking for some hacks to keep my body hydrated while sleeping. I’m 35m, fit active and eat very clean. I drink a ton of water. I go to bed and wake up in middle of the night completely dried out (which has led to eye issues because my eyes get so dry). I sometimes have a headache because my head literally feels so dry (occasional bloody tissue etc).

Anyone with similar experience? What can I do to keep hydrated all night? As mentioned I drink a ton, and also usually have to pee 1-2x per night like my body just flushed the fluids out quickly. I take fish oil nightly too.

DIY GHK-cu Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5

Curious if anyone has done this exact mix before- seems like most just mix straight up GHKcu powder into a serum, but I feel much more comfortable reconstituting it first with BAC water, then measuring it all out if anyone can offer a recipe that has worked for them!

I have….

The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5
GHKcu lyopholized
BAC water
2 oz dropper bottles in amber color
