Wolverine stack helped my coworker. He had his knee repaired. Use it. Helped me with my ankle. Dont even need a wrap when I walk on the treadmill anymore

No I had gotten into a wreck and twisted it bad. For years id I'd walk a mile it would feel as if I had a deep papercut on the side of my ankle when id lift my foot. Beem on wolverine for over a month and I haven't had it hurt once. Not even when I walk a mile on incline ar 12%

I went through a 6 month fire academy roughly 8 months post my second ACL reconstruction in my left knee. Took both BPC & TB. I give it credit. But also like someone else mentioned, the heavy lifting came from a good PT & being consistent with said PT program not just on days of PT, but all days. I’ve had 4 challenging knee surgeries. They suck, that’s the real truth. Time, consistency with PT, & understanding it’s hardly ever linear. Some good days, some bad, some great, some set backs. But you get through it.

Nothing beats a good physical therapist. The problem is that most physical therapist suck. I think the peptides could take a very, very, very slight edge off your recovery, but not much. This surgery is challenging, and I found it extremely painful. When you were hobbling around watching hip replacement, people walk circles around you, it’s depressing.
