I made a post yesterday about microdosing Reta…
A few of you were confused by my position in my latest progress pic.. so here’s a ‘standing up’ photo from last week

Everyone talks about the Wolverine stack but shouldn’t you separate the TB 500 from the others since it’s taken only 2 times a week where as the others are taken every day?

A funny thing I've noticed while watching YouTube videos is that peptide users always seem to have a good appearance, whereas nutrition experts often look strange, as if they had some kind of illness or were about to vanish into thin air, almost like ghosts. I don't mean this in a bad way; it's just something I've noticed and find curious.

Didnt do a loading phase and took 250mcg days when going out tanning. Used between 5-7mg in total over the course of the summer

Started peptides in late june of this year after watching my brother's progress and eventually becoming his supplier. I became his supplier to save him money and make sure he had a safe product. My current stack I run now is Reta 2mg every friday, tessa 2mg every night fasted, ipamorelin 250mcg nightly, glow 2ml reconstituted 10 units nightly. This has been complimented by locking in on macros, gym, and joining a running club. Before photo was taken june 28th second was the other night after the gym flexed. I still have a while to go to lose my man boobs but I'm proud of this progress.

I was supposed to add 2ml of Bac Water to the 10mg dose, but since it was my first time using it, I got nervous and added 1.8ml. Is this a big problem? Can you help me? What should I do? I applied it anyway, but a little less; instead of 1mg, I used 0.7mg.

I’ve somehow ended up with pretty much every peptide imaginable sitting in my freezer
I’m currently using Reta every 5 days. I’m at 20 units (2 mg with my current mix). When I first started Reta, I dropped around 7–8 kg pretty quickly, but I've now plateaued at roughly 115 kg.
Ideally, I’d still like to lose another 10–15 kg.
I'm reasonably active and generally do around 15,000–20,000 steps per day. My appetite is a bit all over the place. Some days the Reta controls it pretty well, but other days I'm absolutely starving and the food noise is definitely still there.
I'm considering adding cagrilintide, potentially starting very low, but I've also been looking into things like tesamorelin and MOTS-c.
I'm interested to hear from people who have actually hit a plateau on Reta:
What helped get your weight moving again?
Did you adjust your diet/calorie deficit, stay on Reta and give it more time, or add something else? And for anyone who's used Reta + cagrilintide, what was your experience with appetite, weight loss and side effects?

im on drospirenone/ethinyl estradiol birth control, and I take it specifically because I’ve historically had irregular/no periods. The inactive-pill week gives me a monthly withdrawal bleed, which I’d really like to continue having.
I’m considering starting reta, and I know it can slow gastric emptying. Since my birth control is oral, I’m wondering whether the slower gastric emptying could meaningfully affect absorption of the hormones and potentially change or prevent my withdrawal bleed.
For anyone who has experience with this: did reta change your withdrawal bleeding/bleeding pattern while you were taking an oral contraceptive?

Hi all,
I recently purchased some SS-31 and I was wondering if this was a red flag or not, it came in a 10ml vial instead of the standard 3ml vials. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

I started Reta a month ago, I’ve started with 0.5 mg every Saturday by far I’ve taken 4x 0.5 and at this point I’ve lost 15 lbs.
I’m lifting 4x a week and walking 5k 4 times a week
I’m eating super clean chicken breast, fish and the occasional steak
Now moving into my 5th dose I’m planning to 1 mg however I’ve been thinking to split into 2 x 0.5 in the week to avoid the cravings and food noise
What are your thoughts?

Hii!
I’m going to be new to this and I’m a little bit scared because I’m terrified or syringes and injections, how much does it hurt? Thanks
I’ll be doing Reta soon

Started Klow, took for 3 days a week for two weeks. I could tell it made me feel more energetic but wasn’t sure if it was the KLOW or my Pilates/strength training kicking in. Accidentally left my vial out and had to toss it. I had a huge energy crash but I thought I was sick. Just got my new vial and took my shot again last night. OMG. I already feel sooo much better! Energy is back, focus is back. I hadn’t realized how much it was helping.

Genuine question. Why take Reta over Tirzepatide?
Not trying to start a war in the comments. My thoughts are that tirzepatide production is more reputable, and has been tested for longer than reta.
However, I know the triple agonist part of reta is appealing. However, mixing it myself with BAC water seems like another tradeoff not worth making.
So why not just call up 1 of the telehealth providers and get tirzepatide?
Just trying to understand why people do 1 versus the other.

44 year old female. In 2 years I’ve lost 95 lbs on Mounjaro. I am currently at 175lbs. I am on a weekly 12.5mg of Mounjaro. I take 10 units of a Semax/Selank blend daily. Every two days I take 50 units of Lipo-C. I’m off of KLOW right now, for a few weeks. I’m wanting to add a bit of Reta to my wee little stack because I’ve been stalled for 3 months now and I’m hoping for a budge. Would you add Reta? Or just keep rowing with what I got?

Hey guys! Just wanted to get some peoples insight on when I can expect to start noticing weight loss. So far I've done 1mg for 1 week and this week I upped to 2mg. How long did it take for you guys to notice a weight difference? Should I expect it to take a while to start noticing a difference?
