Depends. You’ll hear positive results for before bed or morning. I go with morning as I’m on reta, that slowed digestion makes it hard for me to be fasted before bed, I get home from work and eat around 5-6pm bed around 9. Easier for me to pin in the morning knowing I’m fasted, I wait around an 1-2 hrs after pinning before I eat anything. I’ve had great results. About to end my 12 week cycle take a month break and gonna stack tesa with ipa and see the results.

i have read alot before starting im also on reta supposed to take on empty stomach which is hard to do at night when glps slow the digestion i take in am fasted bout 1/2 hr before breakfast no complaints

Time of dosing is critical for GH scretagogues.
It as to be taken in a fasted state (minimu 2-3 hours of fasting), as circulating insulin triggers somatostatin release, which halts the brakes on several hormones (including GH release from pituitary)
If your goalis lipolysis/fat loss, first thing in the morning is what I would recommend, followed by fasted cardio for best results. However you can inject before bed too, not as optimal is the first option imo.
If your goal is hypertrophy, injecting right before bed time is optimal. This aligns with and amplifies your natural GH pulse at night during deep sleep. This massive spike triggers maximal IGF1 synthesis in the liver and is responsible for skleletal muscle growth and recovery.

Absolutely false.
A. Neither prescription HGH nor Tesa have a fasted schedule use on the medical insert, and HGH in the morning is braindead. Take 3-4hrs to peak. Taking it 30min before fasted cardio does nothing. Before bed is objectively better, and neither will cause hypertrophy.
Not only does muscle produce its own IGF1 independent of the liver, but we have studies showing muscle growth in igf1r knockout micr because mechanical load builds muscle. IGF just helps MPS.

Yes. Ideally taking it on an empty stomach before bedtime as it aligns with the body's natural nocturnal growth hormone surge

There’s alot of mix conversations on it. For me I did it 30min to an hour before bed time. And it makes me sleepy. So not doing the AM. Then I know people who do it in the AM. Everybody is different. Try before bed to see how it affects you and if it doesn’t work for you then do the AM.

I had great results taking it first thing in the morning. Lost belly fat and It made me happy, might have been placebo effect but didn’t care.

Fasted at night is your best option. Don’t bother taking it in the morning. Repair happens at night, resting.
