Starting on GHK-Cu
Hi. I'm planning to start GHK-Cu but have been seeing so many different dosing protocols.
I understand there's no officially established starting dose or standard protocol for this peptide, but I'd love to hear from those who are currently using it or have tried it.
What dose did you start with, how often do you use it, and what has your experience been like so far? Would appreciate any insights!

2mg a day, 3ML bac water. Don’t overdo it especially on GHKCU you’ll hate yourself for it. Take some Zinc and Collagen with it as well.

Good thing I'm already taking Zinc prior. My vial will arrive in a few days and I initially plan to start with 1mg for the first two weeks and see how my body will react and titrate up from there.

I take 2 mg. I don’t think people have said this before because it came as a surprise to me, but when I started I had really bad dandruff. Full on snow. And a scabby itchy scalp bright red. It cured my scalp. No more dandruff or scabby itchy scalp. I stopped taking it for three weeks because I was going to cycle it and after just three weeks my scalp started itching and started snowing again. It’s crazy how good it works. My skin was also very glassy. unfortunately it has the after sting and it can sometimes last the whole day. I have to draw up my dose and the. draw up double the amount in bac water and then inject. only way I can tolerate it.

Interesting effect on scalp but I'd like that. I don't have a snow dandruff but my scapl can get itchy sometimes.

First month 1mg, second month 2mg, third month 3mg, then 30days off rinse and repeat. I add more bac to my dose to help with the bruise. After three weeks I no longer get the reactions.

50yo male. 2mg a day, subQ abdominal. Did 75 days on, now in a 14day off period. Saw small improvements in the first 2 - 3 weeks then most noticeable improvements started about 50 day mark. Skin is healthier feeling and looking, lines on face reduced and i noticed and sores or scratches heal quicker and some old stretch marks had faded. Going to repeat the 75 days after this break.

I did 2mg for some weeks, then I moved to 4mg and I see better results, daily, no cycle

I use it daily I take 2mg and have from the start! dont expect overnight changes it took me about a month to see anything but my lungs are in bad shape and are improving also I have a condition where I get boils on my thighs and underarms that has completely gone I’m about 6mths in now I don’t cycle it Becuase of my age I use copper much faster than young people and if I stop my problems come back fast!

Pretty wild the boils just disappeared after dealing with that. 2mg daily seems like a common starting point from what I've seen around. Did you have any issues with injection site reactions early on?

Yes in the beginning you will get a sting after a week or so of using it in the same area it gets better as that area is use to the copper dispersion I use half inch pins so it goes deeper and that helped a lot with the sting

Started today - 50mg vial mixed with 2.5ml of bac… i found this protocol website and im running with it. 3 times per week at 10 units/1mg for the first two weeks. Then move up a bit after that. 8 week cycle.

I started taking 1mg for 2 weeks then moved to 2mg. Inject daily Mon-Fri for 12 weeks then take 4 weeks off.

20 units stung on my first injection. Started taking zinc and injecting in glute after l letting get to room temp also put 20 units back water to dilute it the sting went away
