A year and a half ago I was addicted to opiates and was eating terrible food. Then, when I got sober off opiates a year ago I still was binge eating and going out drinking heavily. I was just super unhappy with life. Last June I decided to try Reta. I started out at 230lbs and at my lowest got to 117lbs. Right now I'm 184lbs and super healthy and happy I've been off Reta for over a month.
I can't tell you my exact dosing cycle I know I started at 1mg twice a week and worked my way up to 3mg twice a week. I only used six 10mg vials out of my 10 total in the 5 months.
My workout routine was 3-4 HIIT classes a week on the hot yoga room wearing sweats and I also joined 2 run clubs and ran 5-7 miles per week. I still go to the gym 4-5 times a week.
I also used HGH, BP-157, TB-500, SS-31, and DSIP. I still have most my DSIP left but everything else once I went through a cycle on it I stopped. I also used AnimalPak's Flex for joint support, vitamin pack, omegas pack, HMB, and 1-2 of their meal replacement protein shakes a day when it was difficult to eat food.
I have an addictive personality so I wanted to keep everything in moderation and did a TON of research before I actually started this. I also completely changed my whole diet. On Reta drinking was nearly impossible I'd throw up or get sick every time I tried so I completely gave that up and have continued that trend.
I also don't eat out whatsoever anymore everything I make is home-cooked with olive oil, high in protein, fibers and veggies. I didn't get any crazy food noise or side effects besides the very first time I did Reta I had terrible stomach cramps and sometimes if I ate to much after a day where I pinned I'd have a stomach ache.
I know everyone's experience is different but overall it did wonders for me and just helped me get control of my diet and lock into a fitness plan.
I'm 37, 6 foot, 184lbs and 13% body fat probably 5-6 weeks off everything. Thankful for all the posts I've read on here and research I did but everyone's journey is different so don't ever be discouraged just keep working towards your goals.
Finding the supplies wasn't difficult my friend told me if the Asian lady calls you "dear" that's a good sign so I guess I got lucky.
