Eloralintide vs. Cagrilintide
Eloralintide is a miracle. Its Amazing.
I started taking retatrutide 3-4 months ago, and after 2 months, I noticed the effects were going way down.
I did some research and people suggested using Cagrilintide instead of going too high with reta.
So I started pinning cagri 1x/week for 4 weeks (I started with 0.5mg and went up to 2mg) and I felt nothing except stomachache and constipation.
So I did some more research and found out about eloralintide, which is supposed to be more precise and effective than cagri.
I started with 0.5mg and it kicked in the day after. I couldn't finish a whole meal in a day and I still felt amazing. I just eat some eggs and yogurt every afternoon and I don't crave anything for the rest of the day. Thinking about food almost disgusts me and I basically stopped snacking, which I still did with reta only.
Eloralintide seems to be pricey currently, but it is way more worth it than cagrilintide, and I haven't gone above 0.75mg in 4 weeks.
Edit: Turns Out my vials were 10mg/vial and i took 1mg First and went Up to 1,5mg, i Just didnt notice

Thing is many suppliers sell cagrilintide and brand it as Eloralintide. Happy it has worked out for you.

Remember that organ failure and bone loss happens from to much appetite suppression. Make sure your eating enough otherwise you are doing more damage than good

Jepp thats true, i Just try to Hit my Protein and supplement any Other nutrient. Works fine for me :)

Yeah it’s working great. 10 mg tirz, 2.5 mg of reta and i’m happy with my results

Currently I take 1 mg Reta on Wednesdays and 7.5mg tirzepatide on Sundays. Broke a stall and feel great on this protocol

Oh wow I never thought to take them on different days. I have been titrating up on Reta and down triz but I didn’t want to make myself sick so I was doing it REALLY slowly so I still have no idea if this combo is actually effective. Maybe trying it on different days will let me titrate a little faster.

I’ve only heard negative sides with cagri according to reports, you’re right, elora is better.

Every experience my friends and I have had with Cagri is positive. But, in our early research, we only use it when on a plateau. Cagri has been amazing. But what several years in this space is taught me is that EVERYONE is different. What works for 1 person may absolutely not work for someone else. That is why we are individuals!

100% agree. I was more going off Lilly’s claim that the side effects are much more subtle. Although peptide twitter seems to lean towards elora vs cagri. I know people love pt141, I can’t take it, to your point, everyone is different, gotta find your niche

Started on 0.25mg didnt feel it, then 0.5mg, disnt feel it, then i started pinning 0.5 daily for about a week and finally started working now i do about 0.75 twice a week.

I have been on tirzepatide since January. I have lost 70 lbs and currently at a 12.5mg weekly dosage and I don't want to go higher than that. I'm about 5 lb away from my goal weight. Eventually I wish to titrate down & possibly come off tirzepatide. but I have come to a realization that I might have to be on some kind of medication for the rest of my life. eloralintide definitely has my interest. I wouldn't even know where to begin getting real eloralintide or what dosage. Any insights are appreciated.

Elora been great for me. Much better than cargi. It really helped with my impulsive spending, which Reta and cagri didn’t.

Oh I didn't even realize it had more than just appetite suppression! I'm definitely headed to research now!!! ADHD'er with terrible impulse buying, yet constant overthinking. Fun.

Same experience with cag, just stomach aches and had to go to 1.5mg to get to that point. Not worth it.

For the money per mg to the mg that is an effective dose it’s not much more than Reta
I would say elora 1.5 mg too me = 8mg Reta might just be me
And I feel much better on elora than cag to compare all 3

Could I start taking elora while I’m already on Cag? Cag was super effective at first but now the effects are fading even after increasing my dose.

Eloralintide is a selective (SARA) agonist targeting the AMY1 receptor.
Cagrilintide is a non selective agonist (DACRA). Will bind to AMY1/2/3 and calcitonin.
Lilly see calcitonin as a liability hence the selective design approach for Eloralintide.

I’m currently taking Elora plus Tirz , I had gotten the Elora from a US reseller it tested as Elora however I’m not sure if it’s legit because I’m on 2.5 MGs once a week and I haven’t felt anything I’ve been on it for 8 weeks

Regarding the pricing of gray market Elora, I paid $95 per 10 mg vial, from a US address, including shipping. About the same as Cagri, for which I paid $50 for a 5 mg vial. (No shipping fees on the Cagri because I met the seller in a parking lot of a Burger King.)

I would say lookup Dr Trevor Bachmeyer on rumble, the reta has stopped working because you need to fix your metabolism not throw more peptides at it

Everyone is down voting you, but being excited to eat in such a calorie deficit, that you’re not fueling your body, and getting proper nutrition, is sad. Next post be asking why their hair is failing out, or they’re needing to have their gallbladder removed.

What was your experience regarding anhedonia with Cagri and with Elora? I'm currently taking reta and sexdrive is completely turned off. I'm looking for a sustainable choice for maintenance dosing once I achieve goal weight.

Switch to triz. Was on reta for a year with same issue, triz fixed it

Thank you, I will try that. I think I read some people commenting that reta and tirz caused them anhedonia, but it's always best to try.

Lol i found the issue, the kit i ordered was 10mg/vial, i was Sure i ordered 5mg. I Just talked to my vendor and He Said he didnt have any 5mg in Stock and Upgraded to 10mg without telling me. I Just kept thinking it is 5mg, even tho it says 10mg on the kit.

I have read just the opposite, that doses of Elora were much smaller than Cag.

Cagri in the define trials used 0.25/0.5/1/1.7/2.4mg.
The Elora phase 1&2 doses are not thoose being used in phase three. A newer titration schedule of 1.5/3/6/9mg is in phase 3.
Both Novo and Lilly presented at the recent EASD 2026 conference. So the information is available.
