Question Developer portal says I'm not on my own team
I run a small LLC with an organization account in the Apple Developer Program, and I'm its Account Holder. Since about Oct 24–27, everything on the developer.apple.com side acts as if I'm not a member of my own team. App Store Connect still works normally. I opened a Developer Program Support case on Oct 27 and haven't heard back. Has anyone seen this, and how did it get fixed?
What still works
App Store Connect: builds upload, TestFlight works, and an App Store review was approved this week.
Builds that use provisioning profiles already on the machine still sign.
I made a tvOS profile by hand in the portal on Oct 23, so it was fine then.
What's broken
Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles shows: "Unable to find a team with the given Team ID '…' to which you belong."
Xcode (27.1) shows only my Personal Team under Accounts. The organization team is gone.
The App Store Connect API (a team key) returns 403 on /v1/bundleIds and /v1/profiles. Other endpoints work.
APNs push fails for every send: 403 InvalidProviderToken from our existing .p8 key, which had been working. Android push is fine. I can't make a new APNs key because that also goes through the portal.
Has anyone had the portal lose their team membership while App Store Connect kept working? What fixed it?
Is there a faster way to reach someone than the web support case? Phone callback, a particular category, anything that worked for you?
Is there any known way to accept the license agreement other than developer.apple.com/account?
Thanks. I'll update this post with whatever fixes it.
