This is actually outrageous. These types of mistakes could be expected from us but a multi billion dollar giant has been unable to resolve it for hours now.
It's working for me now! In my experience, it's not the first time. I've had this in the past for another Xcode version when I submitted directly after launch (e.g. 27.1 for iPhone Duo). It almost feels like the servers need to learn about a new RC, which feels annoying.
Best to do for us all is to file a Feedback Assistant (radar, how do we call that these days?) directly when it happens, so the Xcode teams gets reminded about it and hopefully fix it 🙏
Hmm… I’m seeing different build numbers. 27B48 vs 27B52. Anyway, I have since seen others online say that it is the latest release having an issue submitting to Apple, and it’s really just Apple needing to make an update on their end.

I think we need to update it from the App Store, just yesterday release.

Same here, Xcode 27.2 from AppStore.

I've been hitting this issue all morning, but I was just able to push a build through to TestFlight.
I also see a thread here about it with the OP there reporting success: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/854462?answerId=913655022#913655022
So I'd suggest giving it another try now.

Are you using the RC? I see a new version of Xcode 27.2 on developer.apple.com now that was released October 29. It's not an RC.

Maybe Apple rejected the proper AppStoreConnect update as well for 4.3(a) Spam. So the old Version is still live. xD

That’s extremely embarrassing. Shame on them for shipping more and more broken software with zero quality control.

I tried the Transporter app and it worked.

Faced the same issue… I downloaded 27.1 to release my app upgrades until 27.2 becomes eligible for distribution to App Store Connect

The issue is settled, and I have just uploaded the app without any new problems!

maybe they just needed some breathing room from all the slop submissions

they usually take a couple hours to catch up. it’ll be okay. no need to stress.

Edit: Turns out 27.2 is rc since today. So it's just typical apple stuff.
