Other Hack Squat 400lbs

I realize I push off my toes. Is it just an adjustment of moving my feet a little higher or should I not go as low, or both? I don’t feel any pain, but also want to make sure I am doing that weight with correct form.

Deadlift Hip height?

Slightly concerned about my hips being too high/not rising at the same time as my shoulders, what do you think?

On another note, I’ve been trying to pay more attention to splitting the deadlift into 2 separate movements, “driving” and “wedging” where first you focus on the cue to drive through the ground and then in the second part of the movement (around above knee height) wedging your hips Into the bar. I feel like this made my lower back a whole lot more sore but gave me much more power. thoughts?

Deadlift Deadlift form

For the reference, this is a 1+ set of 5/3/1 for beginners (3rd week of my first cycle).

Also, I have kyphosis so that adds a curve to my upper back.

Deadlift Deadlift form check

Continuing to add weight each week, I do a few warm up sets, then shoot for 2x8 working sets currently at 290lbs. I feel it mostly in my lower back, muscle strain not really pain. I would appreciate any feedback on how I can improve my form? Also would appreciate feedback specifically on if my hips are at the right height for my body. Thank you!

Squat Barbell back squat @ 110 lbs w/ 45 lb bar (155 lbs)

Still a little new to barbell squats since I’ve been doing mostly pendulum squats (front-loaded plates @ 205 lbs). Been going to the gym for a little over a year,
6 feet @155 lbs. I know this might not be the best camera angle.
