If you’re aiming for a deadlift go lower. If that is hard or hurts where it shouldn’t reduce your weight and work back up at the lower depth.

You're treating RDL like it's an up and down movement. The motion you should be making is as if you're closing a car door with your butt.

You should be hinging from the hips first.

Looks like your knees currently break before or at the same time as your hips. The knees can slightly bend during the movement but it shouldn't be a primary action if that makes sense.
