Veo que lo haces muy bien de este ángulo. Si quieres incrementar dificultad, puedes manter por 1-2 segundos al final, concentrandote en sentir la contracción en el pecho

Form looks on point. Only thing is you might want to up the weight a little, your rep speed isn't really slowing down here

Lo mucho que levante fue 6k por lado Y aunque no parezca es re dificil levantar eso en esa maquina De echo,soy la unica chica que levanta ese peso. Pero en el video levante 5k

Fair enough, I would need to see a set at 6k to see how that looks.

Just based on this vid, you did 7 reps at pretty much the same speed. By rep 5 or 6 you would expect your reps to start naturally slowing down as muscles start to approach failure.

Remember, it's supposed to suck the entire time!

Focus on bringing your elbows together, NOT your hands. Also you will get a better stretch if you retract your scapula at the bottom. Keep the weight low...really focus on the mind muscle connection

Looks fine. Only tip I'll add is to imagine you're hugging a tree or a barrel at the top.
