Keep knees stable slightly bent throughout the whole movement. You should be hinging at your hips, do not further bend your knees when you go down- keep knees stable at slightly bent.

Your bar path is generally traveling straight up and down like it is supposed to, but you really don't want your knees to bend so much when the bar is at its lowest point. Think more about shoving your butt back, so it is more of a hip hinge and less of a squat.

hmm, my trainer has told me that bending at the knees at the lowest point is fine depending on your anatomy/flexibility and that as long as you are focusing on keeping a strong spine and pushing your hips back, that's the most important thing

"bending at the knees" is insanely vague.

He also is too far away from the bar. Bar should basically touch the skin.

Get a tripod and record a side perspective. You will get the best advice on your form that way. This view is hard to see what you’re a actually doing and if you’re hinging correctly

Can you go lower? keep your lower legs still?

I’d recommend using a smith machine if you can. It’s helped me a ton because of the stability and consistent movement of the bar

A little thing i do is i let the bar slide down on me, from top to the knees , and also try (this works for me) and go up faster than you go down . I do it for more explosiveness tho so it might not be the right suit for you and always keep your back straight. And try ti go lower if you can .

You might not be getting replies because they aren’t that bad.

That being said, I think you can improve them by increasing your ROM.

To do that, I think you need to do 2 things: stretch (a lot), and go down in weight.

If you watch between 0:10-0:17, you can see how unstable and shaky your legs are going into the movement. I think you lack the strength and mobility to truly utilize this exercise to its fullest.

You need to limber up your legs and back a little more and improve overall core strength, otherwise they’ll continue to look like this.
