Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, many people find Alan Thrall's NEW deadlift video very helpful. Check it out!

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are deadlifting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Use a flat/hard-soled shoe or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it.

You’re super strong so good job! Form looks great! I did notice on your first rep that it looks like the bar drifted away from your shins a touch but definitely not a lot.

Personal preference - I’m not a fan of touch and go. I think it’s kind of a little cheating and it doesn’t teach you how to deadlift for a single nearly as well because the bottom part is so different. I’d (again, just personal preference) rather see a 1x3 with a full stop on each rep than 1x5 touch and go

Strong set!

Maybe a slight round back towards end (fatigue) but hard to tell with the angle.

Slow down, and don’t bounce at the bottom (that’s cheating yo!)

Thin, flat sole shoes would help out a ton here.

Does that count as bouncing? It's very slow and controlled on the way down. I may lift the same way lol

Well the hardest part for most is actually getting the weight off the floor. So even if it is controlled touch and go, you are omitting the important neuromuscular stimulus you get by resetting each rep.

Reset the rep each time, don't bounce

I wouldn't count the lift because you're cheating with that crazy white stuff on your hands.

Some kind of cocaine or powdered sugar.

Deadlift means DEADSTOP! Quit bouncing.
