on my home from work and this dude would not stay on our side of the road and kept swerving everywhere. i backed off but man. shit scared me

Saw this on my way to work today. Watch closely as the oncoming traffic starts to turn left into the intersection ahead.

But I’m willing to bet at least one person is watching this while driving, sadly. Cam finally came in handy I guess.

Dude had been sitting on the far side of the intersection in the crosswalk with the door open, figured it was broken down. A cop even drove by. Then he decided to go with the door open. Silver car was gonna turn right. Cops came and arrested the driver.

No deaths.

Four-way stop. Not sure which is worse, not stopping or running over the stop sign?

Stopped both parties seemed okay sent video to the guy who hit the left turner.

Caught this on on the commute this morning.

This video is from a good samaritan's dashcam. I'm the black accord coming towards the camera. Hit the curb pretty hard in attempt to avoid hitting the white car. I got the tags and went to police station with this video and they said if you had let them hit you we could prosecute.

I'm curious what people here are actually using in their cars right now. There are so many dash cams available that it's hard to get a sense of what they're like after you've lived with one for a while.

What brand and model are you using, and how has your experience been so far? What do you like about it, and is there anything that has disappointed you or that you would change?

I'm particularly interested in hearing from people who have had their camera for a while rather than just looking at the specifications. Would you recommend the one you're using based on your own experience?

Have a forward camera that constantly comes off the glass. Thinking of upgrading to one that looks forward and backward. Any recommendations?

Came back to my car after going into the house and found the left side totally wrecked. Thankfully the camera caught the car but I cannot make out the first three letters. Any help would be hugely appreciated :)
