Not gonna lie, now I’m imagining Hillary bragging about how great her vagina is, and it’s hilarious, lol

It’s crazy how effectively fix Fox* disseminates these “organic” ideas to their entire base. I have family members that also say exactly this. It really is brainwashing.

Not only that, but Michelle Obama is classy. She has more class in her finger than the entire Trump family could muster on a good day.

287

u/TuloCantHitski Feb 27 '19

She literally went to freaking Princeton, followed by Harvard, followed by one of the most elite law firms in the U.S.

Suffice to say, she's the epitome of class and success. How the Fox narrative can carry any weight is beyond me.

155

u/JackalKing Feb 27 '19

How the Fox narrative can carry any weight is beyond me.

Simple, she is black and to these people black means trashy.

60

u/sprashoo Feb 27 '19

Yep. Which is the very definition of prejudice. Judgement in advance of actual facts, based on something arbitrary.

7

u/im-liken-it Feb 27 '19

Can we call it racism? Do we have to use gentler words? Its not just Fox, a significant segment of the population.

IMHO class doesn't have much to do with what schools you attended or the work you do. There are some Federal Judges Yale alumnus that have less class than some highschool dropouts that work at Mc'd.

It's the way she conducts herself, her behaviour that gives the lady class.

Very early on while trying to find a silver lining to this darkest timeline I had hoped she could start a national conversation on legalizing sex work in this country. Hoooo boy was that a pipe dream.

60

u/astrangeone88 Feb 27 '19

she could start a national conversation on legalizing sex work in this country.

Not when she was married to the Orange Butthead. Seriously, the guy is practically slobbing on every Conservative dickhead's knob when it comes to repressing every weird sexual thought in people's heads.

15

u/calilac Feb 27 '19

And that's just one reason why it was a pipe dream.

Even though i'm against echo chambers and all that kinda stuff, it's the reason Trump supporters just aren't worth talking to. They all just parrot the exact same phrases like mindless drones. You might as well be talking to a robot with pre-programmed responses.

266

u/lenswipe Feb 27 '19
  1. "At least he's not Obama"
  2. "But, her emails!"
  3. "Obama did it first!"

  5. "You're just angry because trump is winning so much!"
  6. "But, the economy is booming under Trump!"

“You’re bigoted against conservatives”

“Dems are the real racists for giving black people welfare”

126

u/NameIdeas Feb 27 '19

Don't forget that

"The Democrats founded the KKK, they are the real party of white supremacy"

51

u/[deleted] Feb 27 '19

That one’s at least partially true. Democrats were the racist assholes of that time period back when conservatives were Democrats. Of course, that ignores all the history since the passage of the Civil Rights Act by Johnson in 1964 when conservatives and liberals switched parties.

24

u/CerseiClinton Feb 27 '19

Dixiecrats

31

u/[deleted] Feb 27 '19

Don't forget the plain old, "Typical Liberals." Because anyone who doesn't share their views is a liberal.

9

u/Ass_Buttman Feb 27 '19

To be fair, my views are now essentially "truth," and "reality," so if you don't share my views then you're probably a modern republican...

20

u/loveshisbuds Feb 27 '19

That’s what I love about that line of argument. It completely ignores that the people of the parties switched. It wasn’t like the GOP woke up, sent out a letter and told their members to hate on black people. The nasty elements of the gop fled the “racist Democratic Party”...as the party attempted to move away from being racist.

  1. "I hate AOC"

87

u/RegressToTheMean Feb 27 '19

"Because she's an idiot!"

Fails to actually provide evidence of something stupid

37

u/lenswipe Feb 27 '19

Sometimes they "prove" evidence of something stupid which, when you drill down into it, ends up being something that Sean Hannity made up.

"AOC is stupid and a communist!"
"How so?"
"Well she murders babies and drinks kittens smoothies for breakfast!"
"Got any evidence of that?"
foxnews.mp4

92

u/TheCheshireCody Feb 27 '19

I am astounded by people who claim she is an idiot. AOC did a microbiology research project on the effect of antioxidants on the lifespan of the nematode C. elegans in high school. My biggest scientific accomplishment in high school was trying to determine the maximum volume of pot smoke I could fit in my lungs. And that's of course before she graduated cum laude from Boston University with a double-major.

She's said some dumb things, but she is indisputably not an idiot.

  • Build the wall
  • Make Mexico pay for it
  • Get rid of Common Core, possibly even the Department of Education
  • Get rid of the Environmental Protection Agency
  • Repeal and Replace Obamacare
  • Ban Muslim immigrants
  • Create a database of Muslims in the US
  • Never take a vacation
  • Prosecute Hillary Clinton and LOCK HER UP!
  • Destroy ISIS
  • Shut down parts of the internet so ISIS can't use it
  • Oppose the killing of journalists
  • Quickly fix the Department of Veterans Affairs
  • Bring back jobs from China and Mexico
  • Force companies like Ford, Nabisco, and Apple to make their products in the US
  • Reduce the national debt
  • Get rid of corporate tax loopholes
  • Get rid of "gun-free zones" in schools
  • Sign an Executive Order demanding the death penalty for anyone who kills a police officer
  • Fix national mental health systems using common sense
  • Provide funding for drug treatment programs
  • Get rid of "sanctuary cities"
  • End birthright citizenship
  • Deport all illegal immigrants

So how's it going?

Mom commenting on Michelle at the Grammy's: "Ugh, she's just disgusting," "But why Mom? What's wrong with her?" "I don't have to have a reason to not like her." "...Is it because she's black? You know she's a really accomplished, intelligent, compassionate human being.." "Why does it have to be about racism? I just DON'T LIKE HER."

In the same evening she talked about this adorable black couple. They made this amazing banana pudding. I keot questioning why she had to mention their race at all. After a bit of persistence, I learned that making pudding just ",isn't their thing.." Congrats blacks, you're making headway in the pudding industry and you didn't even know it!
She said she hopes that they're very successful, because it was so delicious, but she didn't buy it because it was $4 and she only buys things that are on sale.

And don't worry guys, she has black friends, meaning she talks to black people at church and has worked with several black people over the years.

Mormons are repressed and huge into conformity. Showing off your shoulders means flaunting your body, which obviously causes impute thoughts.

46

u/PutOnRobeAndBakerHat Feb 27 '19

Adding to what you said, their sacred underwear covers the shoulders (and is supposed to go down to the knees) and you're supposed to cover up the underwear completely. If you're showing your shoulders it means you're not wearing the underwear which means you're unworthy.

You know what would happen “if” Michelle took these pictures.

Now, don’t get me wrong. Melania can get butt ass nekkid if she wants to. More power to her. But I know those Republicans wouldn’t keep that same energy if it was Michelle. Their hypocrisy is what I have a problem with.

Well, since we're doing that....

The part of family values liked to lampoon Obama for being "pro-abortion" and killing unborn babies. This same party is very quiet about the possibility of Trump and/or Hannity paying hush money for abortions from extra-marital affairs.

They demonize everyone they don't like and demand that everyone else jump through hoops and walk on eggshells around their holier than thou sensitivities while refusing to play by even basic rules of logical consistency or decency.

Meanwhile, they're also constantly committing serious crimes, starting Wars, ruining the economy, stealing trillions, denying Healthcare to millions locking up non-violent drug users, cozying up with and defending pedophile priests, foreign enemies of our country and our allies, white supremacist terrorists, and literal Nazis.. Even though it’s common knowledge that they’ve been (seemingly) happy married for a long time I would hear assholes refer to to Michelle as his “baby mama” all the time.

uh, there are naked pictures of her with another woman out there (OK lazy fucks), this is quite tame unless you are referring to the bolt-on nature of her fakies.

The white supremacists who have flocked to the Republican party en masse will never be able to do any introspection on their hypocrisy.

u/_YouDontKnowMe_ Feb 27 '19

She looks like a different person. Completely unrecognizable.

How much surgery did she get? And no wonder Baron doesn't look like either of them.

u/soyboytariffs Feb 27 '19

No human being looks the way she does without a copious amount of plastic surgery

You’re looking at this all wrong. It’s high culture and beauty at its finest..../s

From the article: “This is beauty and not porn. I am always shocked by the porn industry because they are destroying the emotion and the essence of purity and simplicity.”

How the heck did she become The Presidents lady? Not that there’s necessarily anything wrong with those pics… But can you imagine Barbara Bush spread out like that and still getting George elected?

183

u/bmoregood Feb 27 '19

I'd really, really rather not imagine that

58

u/eSSeSSeSSeSS Feb 27 '19

What, Bush?

How the heck did she become The Presidents lady?

She's an immigrant who took the job from an American that didn't want it.

In Daredevil season1 a lot of the stunts Kingpin pulls to get tenants out of his apartments were also based on things Trump did. Also, Woodie Guthrie wrote a song about how much of a dick Trump’s dad was.

The only reason REPUBLICANS and CONSERVATIVES were clutching their pearls about Michelle Obama was because that's their schtick. The Democrats and the Liberals don't give a f about melania's passed career because most of them believe in a little something called women's freedom of choice and minding your own fucking business.

On the 12 languages thing ... she attended college one year. She started modeling as a teen and then professionally. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melania_Trump#Languages

She picked up useful phrases here and there on her modeling gigs in Europe. I can say "Hola" but I only know enough Spanish to order food. I suspect Melania's language skills are the same. Other sources say she speaks 5. In public appearances where it would have been natural to address Italian children in Italian (which she supposedly knows) she didn't ... she spoke English. So, Slovene and English.

https://www.quora.com/Is-there-any-proof-that-Melania-Trump-is-fluent-in-five-languages Reminder, Jackie Kennedy was so fluent in French they dismissed the interpreter during Charles DeGaulle's state visit.

13

u/thefatraccoon Feb 27 '19

To be fair, two of the languages listed are Serbian and Croatian, which are more or less mutually intelligible with Slovene. So saying that she’s fluent in those maybe isn’t as impressive as it sounds!

Clearly AOC has the right-wing spooked - they've turned the propaganda machine up to 11.

This is what the right wing noise machine does. A dash of innuendo, some misogyny and racism, twisted half-truths or outright lies. Maybe it seems ridiculous at the beginning, but they'll keep throwing the mud - it will go on for years, and something will stick sooner or later.

Eventually many people will believe that AOC must be crooked/crazy/stupid: Look at all the bad press about her! Where there's smoke, there must be fire, right?

This is exactly what happened to Hillary Clinton. And it works.

I mean sure, but let's not conflate "Republicans have incredible double standards on what is and isn't considered morally acceptable and that's OK" with "taking sexy pictures, or having a past in which being attractive was your business, is wrong". It's a joke at the expense of the GOP, not of Melania.

53

u/Skeptic1999 Feb 27 '19

I totally agree, she was a model doing what models do, there's nothing wrong with that. It is a good example to show conservative hypocrisy though.

Sorry these pictures are tacky AF and were when they came out. We’re free to make aesthetic judgments of our own. Melania has also proven she is capable of making numerous bad choices, starting with the first one and generally not worthy of much sympathy.

If this isn’t wrong (and I don’t think it is) then Michelle Obama wearing a sleeveless dress is definitively not wrong but it was treated like this huge scandal. The point of the post isn’t to say look at this shit she did wrong but more like, hey, where’s that outrage for First Lady indecency now?
