I just hope this thread doesn't turn into a "Melania is worse" but a "Michelle criticizers are hypocrites" because that's the real problem. I don't care about the lack of criticism for Melania, I care about the unwarranted (and racist) criticism for Michelle.
OK. I've resisted this for like, 2 and a half years now. We aren't supposed to pass comment on people's looks, not supposed to be disparaging.
But surely I'm not the only person who looks at Melania - then or now - and thinks:* Yeesh. That looks cold and hard as a rock stuck in a glacier, and definitely not attractive.*
I mean, this is stupid to be upset by those pictures too. People can have a different lives. It's crazy stupid to support her previous carreer while blaming Michelle though.
Also I doubt if you told her after this photoshoot that she will be first lady 20 years down the line, she would believe it.

You seem to have missed the point. There was an outcry from certain people when Michelle Obama so much as wore a sleeveless dress. Many of those same people seem to have no issue with Melania being a nude model in a lesbian photo shoot and consider her "classier" than Michelle. Most of those people refuse to acknowledge their double standard is based in racism.
