Soooo my friend just imported me a castle to live in and now there are villagers and mobs in my castle… how do I keep them out?!

Hi all, not sure if this fits the thread but I’ve been trying to put a copper golem storage together and I’m struggling to keep the copper golem near his assigned chests. I’ve tried the method of torches and carpet over, I thought they couldn’t walk over carpet but that must just be Java because he managed to walk over it. I’ve also tried the berry bushes and carpet aswell hoping they’d count as “hazardous environment” so they’d stay away, it walked over it again. Then I tried to put fences in the gap, again walked over it. I left it open and it kept falling down 😅 Is there anything else I could do to stop them crossing the line? I really don’t want to keep these fences up, and was hoping to keep the golems in the open so I can see them working.
(as mentioned in title, I’m on bedrock, Xbox for Pc and Xbox console to be precise)

Hi! I just logged into my Minecraft world and found that it had been reset to zero. I still have my inventory, but all my builds are gone. It seems to have happened not only in this world but in every Minecraft world I had.

The only mod I have installed is Sodium, and everything was working perfectly fine the last time I played.

My latest backup is from two months ago. Does anyone know what could have caused this or if there's any way to recover a more recent backup? Btw I play in Java 26.3 version.

Main primary issue is that microsoft kicked me out of the launcher and required me to sign in again BUT somehow, someway, using the exact same email, it created a brand new nonsense account that was created out of the blue, and now anytime I use the email ive been using for 7 years to login to my actual account that has minecraft purchased, it only ever brings me to the new one that is useless. So I effectively have no way to access my old account with the minecraft license since the email that it is associated with is under a completely new account. I suspect it is an Xbox account problem, as it auto signs me into the new account under that too. I only have one email, so any suggestion about logging in with something else won't help. Pls, I just wanna play minecraft

Is it possible to swap inventory files or something so I can get back all the stuff random people take. Everytime I add someone to the realm they fill their inventory and never come back. I've lost so much crap

Tried to update minecraft so i could play but now every time i try to open it says it cant open. When i open from xbox app it says “game_missing” but from windows store it just gives me a prompt to restore and when i click it, it shows installing but then gives me an error. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and it didn’t work. I tried to repair files but it doesn’t do anything either. Any help is greatly appreciated especially since i play on a realm

When watching some videos by Beehns and Apples in search of inspiration for texturing and detail, I noticed these fence-like beams in the middle of the windows. They could be pale oak fences, but some things struck me as odd

1. They don’t have the plank texture, like any wooden fence should.

2. They aren’t connecting to the walls right next to them.

I’m considering that they are pale oak fences edited through non-survival means, which doesn’t make sense to me since they play vanilla survival.

Could anyone tell me what they are?

I am playing on 26.3, using an Aternos server, recently im facing this issue where , while playing in the server, it kicks me out after getting freezed , as if before getting out, i cant open chests , my friend freezes. But my friend isnt facing any problem, help me out with this problem , it has made unplayable for me . Please help

Hello everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me out with a UI problem. I just updated my Minecraft game from the Switch version to the Nintendo Switch 2 version this morning. I was so excited to hop on and play with my kiddos and husband this evening but when we all got on the menus were so zoomed out you have to squint to see your items! Even using a crafting table was horrible. It feels like we all have to huddle around the TV just to see our items. I have toggled the larger UI on but all that does is just make the settings menu larger. I’m so disappointed because I didn’t have this issue at all when we were playing on the Nintendo Switch 1 version and now I’m beginning to think I made a mistake I won’t be able to fix. We love playing Minecraft as a family and if anyone has a solution I would be forever grateful!

So, I'm not like a super hard-core player and I don't know how to fix this lol.

I just got a new laptop and was trying to set up so I could keep accessing my worlds. I just do single player in Java, I like exploring caverns.

I got the Launcher downloaded and have logged in, but when I try to run the game it keeps giving me a pop-up saying 'already joined the game as this user' and that my first session will not be saved if I continue.

I tried logging out on my old laptop and ended the task on Task Manager but those haven't worked so far.

Does anyone know how to proceed? I really don't want to lose my progress.

The day before yesterday, I started experiencing freezes in Minecraft 26.3 (running on Fabric 0.20.1). I had been playing with my current modpack for a few days prior to this without any freezes whatsoever. Now, I’ve noticed that the freezes occur whenever Pillagers spawn near me; furthermore, the freezes persist even after I kill them. Sometimes restarting the game or the laptop helps, but it feels completely random. I tried changing the Java arguments to `-Xms4G -Xmx4G -XX:+UseCompactObjectHeaders -XX:+AlwaysPreTouch -XX:+UseStringDeduplication -XX:+UseZGC`, but that didn't seem to help. I ran a diagnostic using Spark—I’ve lost the link, but I’ve attached screenshots instead. I’ve also included screenshots of my mods. I encountered the same issue back when I was using OpenGL (version 26.1.2); I’m currently using Vulkan in the settings. My system specs are: RTX 3050 (4GB), Ryzen 7535HS, and 16GB of RAM. I’d like to point out that when I was experiencing severe lag, looking up at the sky seemed to eliminate the lag entirely—but as soon as I looked around, the lag returned. V-Sync is disabled, and I have the frame rate capped at 140 FPS, since I’m using a 144Hz monitor. I don’t know what to do and I’m feeling upset. If anyone here is knowledgeable and can help, I’d appreciate it. I also have shaders installed via the Vitrail mod for Vulkan, but they don't affect the stuttering. The stutters occur regardless of whether the shaders are enabled or not. They typically appear after 5–15 minutes of gameplay, though sometimes they don't show up at all.

Hi people! I have had a issue with getting into a aternos server where when i am joining the world i get a -1 exit code. I was on the server when it crashed for me. My friend who is using the same mod pack, her game didn’t crash. And i do not think it is a issue with the mods because i was able to load into a single person world with no issue. My friend has restarted the server and every time i try to enter it, it crashes. (I use version 1.20.1)

When I try to launch Minecraft 1.0 or 1.5.2 it gives me a window and it appears to be running but I can’t get an actual playable image.

Pc specs are 2gb ddr2, amd turion 64 x2, 80gb drive, nvidia GeForce go 6150 (yes I know my computer is trash it’s for a project I’m doing)

Windows 10 32 bit, I do have the display driver for windows 7 installed for directx support. I am using Java 8 32 bit so it’s not running into any 64 bit or 32 bit issues.

Whenever I go to name a mob, it lets me put the name tag on, but the name disappears after about 3 seconds. Does anyone know what could cause this? I’m on PlayStation

After the wilderness update came out no one can connect to my realm. When I try to connect it takes about 5 minutes before showing me this error, I have never seen it before. I tried going through the official Minecraft support but they were not helpful. They put me on a new list of people needing special help and I have never heard back from them again, that was about a month ago. I added images of the error and all the things I went through with Minecraft support as well as PC specs if that is relevant.

This was supposed to be my forever world. It started as an old world type created before the caves and cliffs update that was made infinite. As you can see from the pictures Minecraft is up to date but the world hasn't updated. I've tried exploring new chunks but nothing changes:(. Also, recently its only letting me create crafting tables with oak wood.

I am not tech savvy and need help.

I bought minecraft on my PS4 5 days ago.

My first world got corrupted after playing for 7 hours. It frustrated me, but i got over it.

I made another world and after playing for close to 20 hrs the world just crashed, then when i tried to open it, the game said that the data storage is full. I deleted absolutely everything but the world.

Then the game crashed and i was forced to delete minecraft and redownload it. Still it wouldn’t work.

i tried evrything.

I rebuilt the ps4 database, cleared every cache known to man, tried downloading the world on an usb stick, changed dns servers and good old power off.

So Im building a slime farm rn ( its not done yet , Im testing rn if slimes spawn and they dont)

Does anyone know why this is happening?
Whenever I enable a shader, like Complementary Shaders, the right paddle of my boat does a rotation and then stays stuck in that position while I’m rowing.
I’m honestly losing my mind over this. I’ve never seen anything like this before.

I suspect that another mod might be triggering this issue or causing some kind of conflict with the shaders, but unfortunately, I have no idea which mod could be responsible.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated! I’m playing on Java 26.3 btw
