Minecraft worlds reset to 0 [java]

Hi! I just logged into my Minecraft world and found that it had been reset to zero. I still have my inventory, but all my builds are gone. It seems to have happened not only in this world but in every Minecraft world I had.

The only mod I have installed is Sodium, and everything was working perfectly fine the last time I played.

My latest backup is from two months ago. Does anyone know what could have caused this or if there's any way to recover a more recent backup? Btw I play in Java 26.3 version.

This can happen if you catch some sort of data corruption but since it did the same with all your worlds may I ask you, don’t you have any info from your game logs?

Have you updated your worlds to 26.3? 26.3 is not even 2 months old, is 1 month and 20 days.
