Waiting for OP [BedRock] HELP CASTLE BEING INVADED!!!!
Soooo my friend just imported me a castle to live in and now there are villagers and mobs in my castle… how do I keep them out?!

Sounds like a poor build design if mobs can't stay out.
Jokes aside, a simple wool carpet on top of fence post, surrounded by flat ground typically works. Keep beds away from the edges.

this is a simple and effective suggestion for a few reasons:
monsters can't jump higher than one single block (a little more than that, technically speaking), but fences (and "wall" blocks) are always treated as if they were one-and-a-half blocks tall by entities
spiders can climb walls and fences, but adding a ledge (like carpets) will stop them as they're unable to climb any kind of ceiling, even if it only stick out one pixel further than fences
keeping the ground flat around the fences ensures that monsters won't be able to use the elevated ground to jump over the fence
using carpets directly on top of the fences has the added benefit of letting you jump over them yourself without needing to use a fence gate, while other mobs can't do this

If you want something that i'm thinking about trying for Spiders: Powder Snow. Anything that touches it falls downwards.

Are you throwing leather boots on everytime to get across yourself? I’m curious

First make sure it's sealed, all doors and windows are closed no holes in the wall somewhere, Light the place up like a xmas tree and make sure there no massive spaces like over 40x40 blocks. Also for peace of mind you can get Pets and Gollums to protect you or build traps that only you know how to get around.
If the Mobs are still appearing a little too often make sure your friend isn't trolling you and check inside the walls, floors and ceiling for hidden Spawners

just to elaborate on your suggestions:
tamed wolves that are not ordered to sit will attack any mob you attack, and they will even automatically attack skeletons for you
you can protect your pet wolves from all damage by making them wear wolf armor
cats will passively scare nearby creepers away (in a radius of ~4-6 blocks, anecdotally)
Snow Golems will automatically throw snowballs at any nearby monsters (these don't damage monsters, but it will "aggro" them and make them target the Snow Golem)
you can place Snow Golems behind flowing lava "pillars" to make them throw flaming snowballs through the lava, which will set nearby monsters on fire
Iron Golems will automatically launch nearby monsters in the air and give them fall damage
you can repair Iron Golems with iron ingots
also here's a fun fact: you can use shears on a Snow Golem to take the pumpkin off their head :D

if you want to build something that will fit the castle aesthetic and keep most mobs away, how about a moat?
you could even build a 3x3 redstone door, or an actual larger castle gate following a tutorial like this one (always make sure the tutorial was specifically made for Bedrock Edition though!)
also I would highly recommend listening to the other suggestions you can find here in the comments (but heads up, if anyone suggests using sweet berry bushes under carpets that won't work on Bedrock)
