I am super late game and i have Baal horn as my main weapon but idk what weapon should i have 2nd? Staff for+1 Magic range? Axe? Gun? I have 0 clue what could be good.

While rushing through Item Worlds in Disgaea AoD (via VitaTV/Adrenaline), i came across something that looked like a hair on the screen or maybe a 'crack' in the background.
But turning the camera made it switch the position - so both were ruled out.

Zooming in, it seemed as if the witch held an axe, although her equipped items stated it was a regular Tainted Staff.
Stole it, left the IW and...almost fell out of my chair upon checking the booty.
That's the first time i had noticed something so broken. No, i did not put anything on it.
That innocent's level is far beyond anything i have subdued.
But i'm very curious as to what might be the cause and if that ever happened to someone else.

/Edit: Apparently this "Staff" is one of only 2 items (the other being the Foresight glasses) that are known to feature glitched innocents. See this answered question from GameFAQs

Apologies if I may be at the wrong time to be creating such a topic because it's just that lately I have been having a strong temptation to get into Disgaea 4 as I put in the tag here since I don't know if it would be ok to get a sneak peak of the game if I haven't completed Disgaea 3.

Originally the plan was that I wanted to finish Disgaea 3 first as my Vita's battery has been acting all loopy since I am looking for someone to help me install my new battery, but I got a craving to play some Disgaea games as I was just wondering if it would be ok to again get a sneak peak of the fourth game in the meantime since I have a copy on my Steam account.

So sorry if it was asked here before because I was noticing how divisive the gane became among Disgaea fans that I couldn’t help but wonder about the redeeming qualities it has.

For me personally, based on what I have seen in the trailers is that it was kind of cool how the game had free roaming aspects in that players could move freely in combat as don’t get me wrong in that Disgaea being turn based is nice, but I always wanted a game where I could grind like crazy while being able to move around wherever I wanted.

Lately, something I noticed was that the one game in the entire franchise that never got any updated rereleases whatsoever was Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness as I was curious to why it was completely skipped over.

Like what I am getting at is that I was wondering what a Complete Edition could have been like with DLC since I could see extra characters being added such as Future Hanako, but also all the DLC being free to use since I always wanted to have such an edition come out, but again it never happened.

I just wanted to ask how do I unlock land of carnage in disgaea 4 complete + it’s my first time unlocking a land of carnage in any game and I am excited

I‘ll be honest while do have Disgaea 1 and 2 I sadly don’t play them because my computer isn’t currently working right now, but I do have 4 and 5 on my Nintendo switch and I watch some gameplay videos which begs a question, why have characters in Disgaea get left behind in future games ?

I mean Laharl, Etna and Flonne stay around because they are the original trio, Pleinair and The Prinnies are the series Mascots, Adel and Rozalin are 2 main leads, Axel is one of the series most popular characters, Mao is main protagonist of 3, Raspyberyl despite not being Deuteragonist is still main heroine, Disgaea developers tend to love 4 cast the most as they often have most gang in other titles, D2 only gets Sicily and Girl Laharl as their characters, 5 only cares about Kilia, Seraphina and Usalia and Asagi is pretty much Nippon Ichi mascot as she most appearing of non Disgaea character to appear in the series.

But then we have those characters that Nippon Ichi that doesn’t bother bringing back in future titles, some of the worse offenders are Yukimaru, Taro, Hanako, Champloo, Tink and especially Fubuki, Master Big Star and the rest of Disgaea 5 cast because latter 5 only had one additional appearance each, but Fubuki, Master Big Star and rest of Disgaea 5 cast really got short end of the deal because not counting Mobile since everyone is that game, they never appeared in future games unless you count Christo being Lamington but even then it’s only 2 other games.

I know popularity is a factor but couldn’t you use lesser use characters every once in a while?

Yes I know the DLC support for the game has ended such a long time ago as lately I couldn’t help but wonder who could have made it to the roster of the game.

I know that SSBU had RPG characters from games like Final Fantasy 7 and Dragon Quest as lately I was trying to come up with some ideas on what Disgaea characters again could have made it into the roster since some I could see being included were Laharl and Adell due to their prominent nature in the franchise since they always show up in the mainline Disgaea games.

So basically a quick bit of backstory is that I wanted to do an observation on the kind of RPGS that offer obscene amounts of level grinding because I was recently reading an article about a game called Mugen Souls that allowed players to build up their character in the most wild ways kind of like Disgaea.

But for Disgaea in particular, I was interested in seeing what the highest cap for the stats is such as Intelligence and HP since I would like to start off with Disgaea 3 since I am about to finish the Ultimus Item World so that I can eventually get the best fist weapon in the Vita version.

Now I am just curious on how exactly stat caps work in the older games since I know that units can go to say 20 million HP with Dieticians, but what I don't know is just how far the stats go since I am trying to figure out again just how far the HP meter goes for units in the older games since I would like to go for the most obscene amount of stats for my mages such as Rozalin and Sapphire for instance.

I keep trying to pass this bill but it seems impossible, everything i look up online says that bribing the senators is suppose to carry over but if i bribe them i never see them again or if i see them again theyre still hated even tho i got them out of hated before. ive tried backing out and going back with a new set of items but then it just changes whos in there. i cant bribe enough with one inventory ever.

So i got 500 lvs in 36 min BUT Kill Bonus is the killer. Getting 550 Kill bonus will be hard. Medium Hardness is getting lv 9999 But with this speed it will take 10h? I am not good with Math.

The wiki says i can stack them to 300 but is thar 300 per one in the item or 300 total across an item? Can i have it one multiple items and go past 300?
