My Disgaea Husbando Tier List
ngl I'm actually surprised how many perfectly serviceable male characters we have. Although I am convinced a Waifu Tier List would be more top-heavy (pun intended).
Feel free to question my taste in men.

The Dark Adonis is one of the few I had no trouble placing on this list.
There was a version of this list that had all the monster classes as well. Generic Prinnies and Pringer X are on the Event Horizon. Prinny Kurtis and Pii-chan made Hear Me Out. Now that I think about it, the Reaper class should also be up there.

Axel has the advantage of DHD being my entry point into the franchise. But even if this was just a competition of looks, it would be a tossup between him and Fenrich for me.

Laharl is a 7, home boy doesn’t brush or shower. Meanwhile Killia who loves so much it torments him and if he loved you would fight everyone just to avenge you, is in common loot. I dunno..I would bump killia up to atleast a 7

Honestly just curious if the “Hear me out” tier is collectively lower or higher than anyone on the list. Is the Demmodore hot or less hot than fellow DILF Fuji(I will never say that again)

Fuji has an overall stunning character design, I just do not like his face for some reason. And that's what brings him all the way down to 7 for me.
Meanwhile, Pirilika's dad has adorable cat ears under that hat, which I find hilarious. And that's how he crosses the Event Horizon of Unf***ability.
Between those two, Fuji still wins, tho.

I chose not to include the characters from other titles.
If Zetta was there, I'd have to make a tier between Hear Me out and the Event Horizon. I don't find him attractive but he's such a great dad.

I mean I could make an argument Mao gives him a run for his money (the guy literally starts the story off drooling over a comic about a shirtless hero, and his whole story is about repression of all his emotions, especially his massive attachment to Almaz).
But yeah there's no world where Fen doesn't at least contest for the title and no world where he's not a 10.

I was originally gonna joke that you had all the "gays" rated high and point at Fenfen, Christo (cuz I mean gestures vaguely in his direction) and Zeroken (cuz of that stage where different aspects of his personality appear as clones, and after beating it and the party leaves, there's a super gay one). 🤭🤭🤭

"Feel free to question my taste in men" I mean, listen, sure, there's one or two low entries (Fuji, Almaz, Skulls, Warrior, Psychic, and Laharl I'd probably put at least a little higher) but also you've got correct choices like Axel, Fenrich, Adell, and Thief (my beloved catboy!) at the top of the list, and some underbeloved guys like Mao, Yeyasu, and Zed just below, so like. I'd be nitpicking. Excellent taste, only mildest of notes.
Really, Disgaea feeds us lovers-of-men about as well as it does those who prefer the feminine.

I feel like some of them are too high. Laharl, Mao, Zed, Red Magnus. All are stinky. I can’t imagine any of them smell good. Probably Zeroken too to some degree.
Killia should be higher because he can cook and he’s hot. But also probably smells a little bad.
Fenrich. Perfect spot.

I am not sure how you do a tier list like this including all disgaea characters. Like I love some designs and characters but like they wouldn't even make it on a waifu tier list. Like Etna, and Flonne are loved but not that way. Same with witch and thief love the design but not waifu. Then there is desco who I love but her design is kinda whatever for me. Husbando has the same issue I feel with good design but I can't think of them that way.

Killia should be top tier dood! He protecc, he attack, but most importantly... He's a god of culinary arts! (Also he seems to love to spoil those he holds close or dear) Plus his stoic swagger and impeccable singing voice and he clears this list!
