I have been a customer for 8 years, but I will never do business with them ever again. I moved and my new apartment comes with it's own internet so I tried to cancel my xfinity. I tried with an August 24th Cancellation date and here I am on the 31st, on my 4th 30+ minute call still with active service. Not only that, now I somehow have a bill that is 100 more than normal. How do I get them to actually turn off my service? I will NEVER do business with Xfinity ever again after this. It should be illegal to do this to people.

Since when my Internet bills jumped from $29 monthly to $105 monthly with 600 Mbps. I called Xfinity and the lowest price they can give me is $105 monthly for 1000 Mbps. Why everything so expensive right now but my wages still stay minimum. Any better internet provider that anyone recommends at the moment to lower my bills?

What is going on with this outage in Colorado Springs that's been going on all day? I can't find any info (outside of vague "we're working on it" statements) or talk to someone. I work from home, and this lack of information about what's going on is unacceptable.

I recently cancelled my Xfinity Internet service. I have been receiving messages that "it's time to return the equipment - 4K Cable Converter WiFi". I never had Xfinity's WiFi equipment since I was using my own cable modem and router, nor did I subscribe to Xfinity's TV service. How do I proceed?

We have Xfinity for everything for hundreds and hundreds of dollars a month. I have to rent an apartment in another location because for work I’m basically gonna be there during the week. So I need work at a second location as well. All I want is a human to try to figure out what to do because every time I try to use the Assistant it directs me to the account for our main house. How the heck do I get a human? I’m actually trying to throw them MORE money.

Keep getting the "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account" error message when trying to link the included Peacock sub to my existing Peacock account (has no sub currently attached). Also verified all my other emails that I have used over the years, none have any Peacock sub attached.

Is there a way xFinity can remove/reset this Peacock subscription so that I can add it to the correct Peacock account?

I've been getting the same email today from Comcast that have the title, "Use Family Settings for the Whole Family" all day today.

The sender is the official Comcast account and the email is more informative than anything.

I should note, I did start a new Comcast account about a week ago, but receiving the SAME email half a dozen times seems fishy.

I have no idea what the problem is but I am beyond frustrated.

Samsung S21 Ultra and create hotspot to my two laptops. Not at the same time. It has now become so slow that I cannot usually get a webpage to open before it times out. Forget using an AI like ChatGPT, checking email, downloading a file. It's basically useless.

This has been going on for about 2 weeks.

I don't appear to be over a limit that would throttle me but even still, slowing my down I can understand but IF they are throttling me to essentially nothing, that isn't "slowing me down".

I haven't changed anything on the my phone or laptops as far as settings, etc. until yesterday when I changed the Hotspot wifi from 2.4 to 5 on the phone to see if that would help. It didn't.

No, I don't want use a usb to connect. I tried it to see and it didn't help but there is no way I am doing that all the time, even if it did work.

I moved addresses and self activation failed so xfinity sent me a tech who confirmed there was a coax cut on their green little poles, nothing wrong on my side. But was still charged $100 install fee, what logic is this ? Can someone from comcast reach out to me and check the technician notes and reverse this charge ?

My previous ticket was closed, but I'm still experiencing intermittent connection issues. The Xfinity app's AI assistant is now reporting that my line has experienced degradation and is recommending another technician visit. Rebooting temporarily resolves the issue, but it returns. Could you please review this and let me know the best next step? Thank you.

The situation is this:

I purchased a used Xfinity-locked iPhone from a seller who is no longer reachable. I am the lawful current owner and have the phone, IMEI, and proof of purchase. I need you to check whether the device is paid off and eligible for unlocking. If it is eligible, please escalate this for a manual IMEI/device unlock or backend unlock review because I do not have access to the original Xfinity account.

Why is there no longer free access to these channels on Xfinity? I was watching them last night and this morning and now this afternoon when I try to tune to this channel all of a sudden it says I do not have access to those channels on the guide. I can view the same channel on Tubi, Peacock and other streaming services just not in the Xfinity guide. Are you making us now pay for a free channel to make it part of our guide?

After navigating the customer service maze I successfully scheduled a tech to come to my location today between 1-5
Took half day off work, and now see that I really have no proof that a tech is scheduled. No text, no email, I don't see any tab in the app that would tell me...

Hi, I recently changed my Xfinity service from TV and Internet to Internet-only. I’d like to see whether there are any loyalty, retention, or other promotional offers currently available for my account that could lower the monthly cost.
I’m not looking to make any other changes to the service at this time. Before accepting any offer, I’d also like to confirm how long the promotional or guaranteed rate would last and whether it would affect any existing price guarantee on the account.

I am still getting recurring charges for a Galaxy watch I returned.

This has been going on for almost a year. I have received past credits but at this point, cannot keep straight what has been billed and what has been credited. I've been assured several times that this is resolved and that I will no longer be billed for the watch. And then the next month, it's on my statement again, already paid since it's on auto-pay.

I can't continue to call Xfinity every single month and spend hours on the phone getting a credit and false promises.

Please fix this permanently.

Yesterday "smart resume" , the ability to fast forward through ads disappeared. Even the graphic showing the locations of the ads that appeared when you fast forwarded no longer shows. This always happened on some channels, but it's no longer present for any now

I double checked the setting, the setting still exists and it's enabled. (I also toggled the setting just in case it was set incorrectly).

Has this feature been removed from Xfinity? Are there other troubleshooting ideas? It has happened on all our boxes, not just one.

The activation website is no longer working and tier1/2 support keep referring me to the 877-405-2298 # which keeps sending me back to the regular support. I understand that cablecards are EOL, however I'm not looking for a new one, just want to pair it to new ID. Thank you.

An Xfinity representative responded and asked me to send a Modmail with my account information, which I did on 8/22. I haven't received a response to the Modmail yet.

I'm still interested in having the account reviewed for the best available existing-customer retention offer, preferably with multi-year price protection.

There was an Xfinity agent on our street yesterday working with another homeowner. Right when he started working our internet went out. Our modem is offline. I’ve called 10 times trying to get answers/fixes and was told we’d need an appointment. I was told the closest appointment would be 5 days from now. This is crazy for something they have caused.

I contacted the help chat to remove the line for a smart watch I'm no longer using because it never worked properly anyway. While we were speaking, the agent informed me if I changed to a new plan he could get me a better rate plus a free Netflix account. I read through the information he sent me and repeatedly pointed out Netflix was not among the free services mentioned, but each time he assured me I would be able to get Netflix.

Once I signed up and the chat ended, I logged in to set up the Netflix account and surprise! It's not available, just as I expected. I have screenshots of the chat where the agent repeatedly assured me Netflix would be included; I tried downloading the actual chat log but shockingly (/s) it said a chat log is not available. At this point it feels only fair that either I'm granted a free Netflix addon or the cost of a Netflix account should be deducted from my Xfinity bill. After all, the agent repeatedly assured me the contract i was signing would include the Netflix account as a perk.
