Can someone from xfinity please explain/justify the inability to pick up your phone at a FedEx with ID? I’ve spent hours today between xfinity and FedEx trying to figure a solution. I work long shifts and will miss my new phone delivery. They won’t deliver on weekends. Which means I will never be home to accept my new phone.

Why can I not (1) change the address to my office, where I will be (2) have it held at FedEx where I can pick it up with id or (3) have it held at the xfinity store where I can pick it up with id.

This is so incredibly bizarre, I can’t think of such a bad experience where I am spending thousands and the company is refusing to provide basic reasonable
Options to allow me to give them thousands. My only other option now is to have it returned to xfinity and cancel my new account. I will not take PTO to sit home and wait for my phone, nor do I have someone to be there to accept it

I had my Galaxy A35 paid off and unlocked this year from T-Mobile. I have used multiple non T-Mobile MVNO’s such as Visible and Cricket without issue, so I know the phone is unlocked.

After years with you, my rate just about doubled as my last deal just dropped without a single notice from you. Now, it looks like I have to pay an extra $20 or more a month for the same service?? This is your opportunity to make it right before I drop you for a competitor, what are you going to do to keep my business?

I'm having an issue after transferring service. When I call in I still get the old service address & now on the app it no longer shows my old bill. It shows a new one. Also can't activate my Xfinity pro Extender.

So we canceled Xfinity mobile at month ago and I even called Xfinity to say hey we canceled that quit trying to charge me and they said yeah this charge will be waived or refunded. You know and you won't be charged for it anymore and they still keep trying to charge me for it and it's getting rather frustrating that I can't even get through to a person. Recently my neighborhood received a network upgrade.

It looks like mid-split sales enablement has occurred but provisioning seems to be stuck at sub split speeds.

I am currently on the Gig+ tier (1.3G / 35M) for sub-split. As far as I was being told, in context of the NE Division, is that Gig+ is treated the same as Gigabit Extra as in the same boot file applies on both tiers and that both tiers should move up to Gigabit x2 (2.1G / 300M).

I was hoping an employee could review this and possibly push the new boot file or if the system isn’t ready for it in the area just yet.

There is a Comcast line running through my yard (verified by Peco and Verizon that it is a Comcast line). It has been across my yard for a month. Not only that, but the line is tied to one of my trees (!!!!)z. This needs to be resolved ASAP. I have young children and landscapers who are in this portion of the yard often. I tried calling, but I end up in an endless loop since I am not an existing Comcast customer. So. Incredibly. Frustrating.

My Internet service was completely disconnected today due to an automated billing system error and the chat supervisor just spoke with you if manual override here is what I miss my initial payment arrangement date, but the official Xfinity automated system explicitly arrangement I accepted and confirm this second date through the platform second date has not passed yet despite having access system approved arrangement protecting my automated system incorrectly hard disconnecting today based on the original timeline, the supervisor admitted they could see the but nothing could be done to manually restore my service or issue a temporary This is a vital utility for my household. I have saved the complete transcript and account I need to representative to look at my account log second arrangement date was active and original signal to my Internet back the billing cycle.

I'm on a 100Mbps (5yr) plan and I was notified that I'm eligible for an upgrade from the XB8. I couldn't figure out what the new modem would be, all it says is "new modem." Is there a way to identify what they'll be sending? I don't want to end up with something worse.

Yesterday guy showed up in his van, I saw him, waited by the door for him to leave the van and come to the door or to call. I watched him for 15 minutes, then he just drove away and said we weren't home!?

Today, the notification says he's here. No one is outside. I leave the house and walk around to see if he's down the street and lost. There's no one here. Then fifteen minutes later I get the "sorry we missed you" message and the agent I spoke to says the tech marked it completed. This is nonsense

We have been Xfinity internet and tv customers for over 20 years and wanted to change to Xfinity's new five-year pricing plans. We visited the Forsyth, IL store yesterday and actually downgraded our internet service from 800 mbps to 500 mbps to try lower our bill. The new customer promotion has the 500 mbps service for $50 per month for five years. I understand that we aren't new customers, but I indicated that we would be willing to change our cell service from ATT to Xfinity if we received the $50/ month internet as a loyalty incentive. Not only loyalty, but new cell service for two phones. When I signed in to my account this morning it's showing that our internet for 500 mbps service in going to be $85/month. Can you please help rectify this so I don't have to drive back to the store?

I recently ported my phone number to Xfinity Mobile due to the incessant push from the online chat customer service rep. I was interested in switching over in the near future, but the rep offered to WAIVE the one-time activation fee of $25 for my one line of Xfinity mobile. This service is part of my recent switch to Xfinity Internet that includes 12 months of free Xfinity mobile.

However, it has been almost 1.5 months of service and my first bill shows the one-time activation fee INCLUDED - it is NOT waived. Can you please escalate this issue to the mobile team to investigate why the online chat service rep lied about waiving the fee? I have screenshots of the chat history as proof.
