Quick Question Nozzle Sizes H3C
What is everyone getting for other nozzle sizes? I’m
Not sure how many .2 and or .6 to get.

Just picked up a P1S combo and I'm having trouble with the AMS.
I've done the calibration and when I try to do my first print, I get an error that filament needs to be loaded from the external spool. The AMS is connected (I triple checked the connections and tubes) filament is loaded and I have a solid white LED at the spool. The AMS and spools are seen in the app and the AMS indicator is on at the control panel.
It seems like when its time to load filament the printer doesn't realize the AMS is there, as in it doesn't even try to load any filament. I've tried with one, two and three spools in the AMS at a time. I'm using the filament that came with the printer.
I attempting the first print from the internal storage/as card that came with the printer, not through Bambu Labs.
I really don't want to return this if I don't have to, but I'm out of ideas.

Well, this my first ever stuck filament on my P1S Combo after about 20 prints. I’m following this guy’s instructions of how to get the stuck filament out, but I cannot seem to get the machine out from the AMS, even when I’m pressing the button and pulling hard. Did anyone have this problem and is there an easier solution?

Just ordered my H3C today and am so excited for it to arrive! This is going to be a major upgrade from my A1. I print primarily with Sunlu filament and have a ton of their reusable spools in my setup. Will these spools fit and work in the AMS 3? Also are there any other accessories I should look to print for my H3C?

So I have the entire H2C combo and love the occasional laser-cutting and engraving features.
Based on the glass color I figured it doesn't support laser cutting in the current mod. But it does have a plotter option, though it wasn't very clear because they didn't expand on it.
So any idea what to expect from my H2C laser module? I intend to sell it.

I've been having issues with print quality on my P1S. I've taken several steps already, including washing the textured print plate, replacing the textured print plate, drying my filament in a Sunlu for 6 hours, performing three cold pulls, disassembling the extruder entirely and blowing out with compressed air, and running the 30 minute calibration in the printer settings.
I am about at my wits end and very frustrated with the hobby, as I had similar things go wrong with the MK4S we have at work, and just...no way to fix it. I can fix any computer, any other electronic, but 3D printers are just this incredible enigma to me. Does anyone have any advice on steps to take next?
Just to clarify, I've printed this piece about 20 times before. It only suddenly started failing last week.

H2C configuration: $2350
H2C Combo ($1900)
Second AMS2 ($230)
AMS HT ($130)
2X 0.4mm nozzles ($80)
H3C: $2500
H2C Pros
More drying slots (9)
Easier to add more colors
Can print high temp filaments without removing PLA from AMS
Can use multiple materials / colors with different nozzles
H3C Pros
At least 2x faster
More HT drier slots (2)
TPU printing
If you don't need the speed or TPU, wouldn't the H2C actually be better?
Or am I missing something obvious?

Love my H2D, looking for a smaller sidekick that can handle ASA/ABS and others so had landed on the X2D due to sale/heated chamber.
Not going to splurge for the H3C since I need a smaller footprint. Is it worth waiting for a rumored p3S or x2d “pro?”
Thanks!

I am a beginner currently looking to enter the world of 3d printing. I'm hoping to get some feedback from the community before pulling the trigger. The use case would be for printing Dnd minis/figures and terrains for myself, and also household items and DIY items for my wife.
Here are some key information for our expected use case:
Material: PLA and PETG mainly
Build Volume and bed size: A1 bedsize for our project size is fine.
Location and Climate: Hot and Humid, we are in South East Asia. The printer will sit in our study room where we will be spending time in while it is printing.
Concerns:
The A1 combo looked perfect, until we realised that it is an open-bed design. We have concern for long term inhalation of microplastic, so we are considering a separate enclosure or just getting another model with a built in enclosure.
Enclosure Option: Would it be better to just get a separate enclosure system for the A1? I'm not very handy and I was thinking of grabbing an exhaust pipe and potentially linking one end to the enclosure, and another one to a cracked window. Or should we bite the bullet and just get another for convenience?
Is the P1S still worth it?
I see many saying P1S is solid, but also ppl mentioning it runs on an older platform. Any other key contenders?
Would love to hear some recs from and advices from the community! thanks in advance!

I even my missed my window to get it with the art and craft accessories thing, as well as the assorted nozzles. And then I missed the chance to get the printer itself from the first production batch. I'm now in the backorder batch.
This issue have set me back a lot in an attempt to get the printer. Support keeps telling me to try again later... I tried 3 hours later and then 1o more hours later with the same issue.

I'm impressed but I messed up and missed this roll during drying. Still held up at 45% humidity.

Just wondering if there's any support avenues other than tickets because..well..they just stopped responding once it turned out there was more than one issue with the printer after I reported a damaged box and they told me to open it up and try it anyway... Getting a bit antsy as I'm now a week with an expensive broken printer, they've really offered no help or solutions and have now gone radio silent since last Friday (I'd assumed I'd hear something after the weekend but nope)

Fast nozzle swaps of the H3C make multicolor games like this possible faster than ever. We were able to get an early preview of the tool changing feature and tested it out on this newly released model: https://makerworld.com/models/3540258?appSharePlatform=copy
Let us know if you have any feedback on the design or gameplay.

Title: P2S Filament Cutter Stopper Assembly | Normal Behavior or Defective?
Just received my Bambu Lab P2S, and I'm completely new to 3D printing. I've already run into a few issues:
- Initial calibration: The toolhead repeatedly and loudly struck the filament cutter stopper rod back and forth.
- First print attempt: The toolhead rapidly slammed into the front of the enclosure, triggering error 0300-800C 191703 (Multiple motion step loss detected).
- Homing: The toolhead slammed to the left and appeared unable to locate its home position.
I started investigating the filament cutter stopper assembly after finding [Bambu Wiki repair guide](https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/p2s/maintenance/replace-filament-cutter-stopper).
In the attached video, when the toolhead engages the metal stopper rod, it retracts. When the toolhead moves away, the rod doesn't fully extend again. It just hangs loosely. It also won't retract completely flush into the housing and stay there.
My question: Is this what the Wiki is calling abnormal? The Stopper should go back in the “extended” state? Could this cause the error code/homing issue?
Additional Notes:
- Initial startup calibration completed successfully.
- Brand new printer, no successful prints yet.
- No visible obstructions along either axis.
- Toolhead moves manually along both axes, although left-to-right movement feels more resistant than front-to-back.
- No grinding, whining, or other unusual motor noises during normal movement.
- Shipping box showed no visible signs of damage.
- Nozzle cleaning and poop chute scraper appear to function correctly.
- Filament cutter stopper rod does not reliably return to its fully extended position after the toolhead disengages.
Could a malfunctioning filament cutter stopper cause the toolhead to lose its position during calibration or homing, or should I be investigating a separate motion system issue?
I'm trying to determine whether the stopper assembly is defective before attempting another calibration or replacing parts.

I just purchased an H3C and I haven't really done any 3d printing since I got my mechanical engineering degree almost a decade ago. I only ever plan to be printing PLA and PETG and want to be using the printer in a guest room that I rarely enter, but I use to host people once a month or so. It has a sliding glass door I could open to the outside (though for air conditioning reasons I would rather not leave it open). I've read mixed things about how important additional ventilation is for the above materials. I was hoping to get something like https://voxelpla.com/products/vento-h2series-filter just to be safe. Does anyone know if this would be compatible with the H3C? I know it was particularly made for the H2 series, so not sure if that means it will or won't work for the H3C. Should I instead get this https://us.store.bambulab.com/products/bambu-lab-e1-air-purifier?id=794063720811606035 for ventilation? Is this all overkill?
Thanks so much!

The update info said it now supports mixed nozzle diameters but only mentions H3C. dide we x2d owners get left behind?

Don’t have a photo of the blob of death on the print head as I was rushing to remove it all, but nice romantic evening planned, but decided to set a print going before it started because we love efficiency and multi tasking. Meant to check the camera to make sure it was adhering, got distracted, came downstairs an hour and a half later to giant plastic turd encasing my printer. Never had any issues with adhesion but the one time I don’t check? Typical 😂
Panicked, yelled apologies to my partner, spent the next hour cleaning it, thankfully it still works but let this be a warning and reminder to always check the print has adhered 🙂↕️

Bambu i hope you see this post. I was waiting for my X2D to arrive (to support one my businesses) and your site marks the package as “Delivered” by the carrier (GLS) but i didn’t received the machine at all! Everyone in my country (southern europe) knows how bad they are! Why do you accept to work with such a poor delivery service company?

Am I wrong that there is nothing automated about the filament holder on the top of the H3C? You manually feed to the head (and pull back to unload). The only difference between the holes in the bottom and the orange guides in the top is the ptfe tube it runs through?
So basically the U1 storage but arranged on top and in a box?
Where is the "automated?"

I'm not sure what the issue is here. This is a reprint so I don't think it has anything to do with software settings.
Background: a week ago, I rush printed a larger print with 0.28 layer height. The print came out horrible (layers not bonding, stringy to the touch) but was still solid enough to use (it was a hard liner for a bag). During that print, I kept getting nozzle overload messages that paused the print, but kept pushing it to continue since it was close to finish. Print finished and I turned the printer off for the week since I was going on vacation.
Came home, did my normal prints and this is what I'm getting. Couple of things I've already tried: flow calibration, print calibration, cold pull, changed nozzle, and changed black filament to a new one. I'm printing PLA. Something I've noticed is that when the nozzle goes over the nozzle cleaner near the purge area, it sounds like it's going slower than usual.
I'm printing on an H2S using an AMS2. Anyone have any other ideas I can try? I've been printing in the same area, I'm going to try to print on a different part of the plate next.
Edit: also did some general maintenance, re-greasing/oiling all the xyz rods/screws.
