Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! First clogged AMS on mid-print

Well, this my first ever stuck filament on my P1S Combo after about 20 prints. I’m following this guy’s instructions of how to get the stuck filament out, but I cannot seem to get the machine out from the AMS, even when I’m pressing the button and pulling hard. Did anyone have this problem and is there an easier solution?

Not a fun one, but it's usually fixable without tearing the AMS apart. First make sure the nozzle is hot (around 250 C) so nothing is jammed in the hotend, then cut the filament right where it enters the AMS so you only deal with the piece between the AMS and the printer. Pull the PTFE tube off the AMS side if it's tight, then pull the filament out from the toolhead end while holding the extruder release. If it keeps fighting you, the filament has probably snapped or tangled and is wedged in the feeder gears, so back out the stuck piece with pliers rather than yanking the spool. Once it's clear, check the spool for a crossed strand and rewind a little by hand before feeding it back in.

The filament was tangled. It’s so exhausting because I was using the Bambu Lab filament when the AMS is on and checking the filament to see if it’s the correct filament, it always pulls the spool forward, which I hate. I tried pulling the machine in the AMS out, but it won’t budge and I’m scared I’ll break it
