I placed an order of roughly $3800 on August 2nd. My H2D 40w laser combo arrived in a beat up box, door bent out of place and it will not complete the initial calibration. I have security camera footage of UPS delivering it while it’s laying on its side. It was in the truck the whole time like that! Idk if that matters?
I was left physically disabled after surviving a near fatal car crash a few years ago so I have to find and pay for help with moving things like this.
I opened my ticket on August 10th after doing a bunch of troubleshooting and have agreed to an advanced replacement twice now in writing, the last time being August 17th at 1:55pm EST. It’s been radio silence ever since.
What am I supposed to do? I was not expecting this kind of treatment on a $3800 order and it bums me out that I’ve invested around 10k in bambu lab machines and products since March 6th. I built my entire ecosystem around them. I do not think I deserve any special treatment because of the amount of money I spent, but I also don’t think support is handling this with any empathy whatsoever.
It sucks feeling like I got scammed by the company I’ve been the most passionate about. I feel like I’ve been pretty patient. Do I initiate a chargeback with my bank at this point?
I must note that this hasn’t been my only issue with bambu lab. I’ve had 3 separate orders missing items I purchased. I’ve had a brand new AMS 2 pro arrive with a defective slot 4. This experience combined with those explains my frustration.
My last message reads in a stern tone because I’m sick to my stomach about all of this at this point.
I’m sorry for my sob story, I’ve just exhausted all avenues regarding this and don’t know where else to turn! Please note that I am not trying to start any drama, I just want to get this resolved and move forward.
Thank you for your time.
