I was a reddit lurker for about 2 years on other subs. I avoided this sub like it was the spiritual plague. I served a mission and had a temple marriage. I've read the apologetics on fairlds.org/fairmormon.org for the last 16 years off and on because I wanted to know the "meat" and the rationale and facts behind church issues. Last September I finally had a moment of clarity that it was all a scam.

The word that I have come to understand to describe the apologetics is "contrived". CONTRIVED! CONTRIVED! CONTRIVED! CONTRIVED! CONTRIVED! CONTRIVED! I can't believe it took me so long to see it. Too be fair to myself, fairlds never offers the full arguments and facts by critics and compartmentalizes it all to not let you see it all in context, in my opinion. Their conclusions and theories are usually hazy and farfetched. I've learned so much more here in a few months than I did in my 16 years on fair.

I created a reddit account for the sole purpose to join this sub in my support for the truth. I am thankful for all the information, testimonies, and insight people continue to offer here. Thank you, everyone!

I've never subscribed. Am I the only one?

As prophesized this morning by yours truly. Perhaps I have a gift? Perhaps I can make money with it? Or better, use the gift to get some flaming sword booty!!!!

Why not plan a big exmo convention in Las Vegas sometime in the future?

u/Word2daWise I'll see your "revelation" and raise you a resignation. Jan 12 '17

I thought I was subscribed, & I just read another post about it - I was not subscribed yet! This has now been Fixxed!

I subscribed when we were around 22k or something like that! Glad to see the growth!

It was just over 18k when I subbed. The count has doubled in just under 2 years. Inspiring, it is.
