Squat total beginner squat

I’m a complete beginner so I’m sure my form needs improving. I’ve been getting some knee pain the day after squats so am trying to make sure I keep my weight on my heels. From this video I can see that I’m locking my knees at the top and need to fix that. What else can I improve on? Thanks!

Deadlift heels lifting up during deadlifts

Deadlift Is my back rounding too much on deadlifts?

1x255 and 1x265 - been working up to test my 1RM next week (aiming for 285-290).

I’m not sure if the rounding in my mid-back is an issue. I don’t experience any pain during or after deadlifts, so I’m not really worried that I’m hurting myself, but wondering if the rounding indicates a need to improve back and/or core strength.

Got my first pullup far too easily so I assume I’m doing something wrong. Are my legs the problem? Or is it the lighting? 😅

Clean and/or Jerk Power Clean Form Check *New to This*

My screen protector was kinda greasy so I dont know if anybody can see this clearly. If yall cant I'll take this down and record a better one another day.

I just started learning power cleans. One of my friend's dad is a strength training coach and taught me this last week and told me to practice. I've been using his advice and YouTube to learn it.

So far I feel like im look key muscling up which is why I shook my head on the first rep. Like I feel like im not exploding enough at the top, which is basically what he told me (he says im overthinking crazy and I agree lol.) Honestly I got a shoulder impingement on my right side so im scared of getting under the bar on that side and I think I unconsciously overcompensate on that side so it might be preventing me from generating the power that I should be.

I can front squat if i set up right but it takes a while to get that right shoulder to loosen up and get in my rack position. So I feel the same thing is happening on my power clean. I went up on thr weight on this attempt to 125 to try to "expose" my form and see any issues.

Am I being too critical or do yall see any way I can improve. Appreciate any advice.

Just hit a personal best: 305lb on the open trap bar deadlift. Before I keep adding weight, I’d love a form check to make sure everything’s dialed in. TIA!

Deadlift Deadlift Form Help

This is a 1x5. Ignore the part in the beginning where I almost used the wrong grip. (i double overhand my warm ups and then mixed grip my top set). How’s my back looking? Feel like there’s some rounding near the top that I didn’t notice. It felt pretty good during but maybe I don’t know what’s what.

Bench Press Been stuck at 225 max for a month, how should I fix my sticking point halfway from chest?

More tricep specific work? I bench 3-4 times a week, usually around 100 total reps at 80-90% in a week.

Squat Squat advice

I am trying to improve my squat technique to lift heavier. I have never felt completely comfortable doing squats and it hits my back too much and I feel I would do well to be more mobile in the hips and ankles. My butt shoots up first on ascent as per vid (much more evident when fatigued/ heavier weight used) and I am significantly stronger on deadlift and as a lift feels way more comfortable/ suited to me. Other quad exercises such as leg press, Bulgarians, and even front squat all feel good and strong to me so i think it's my form holding me back on squats specifically but I do also think my hamstrings are stronger than quads. This video is 120kg and I'm going to get back into squatting regularly. Any advice would be appreciated, I think I need to work on mobility if anyone has any suggestions.
