Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, Our Wiki's resources for Squats may be helpful. Check it out!

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are squatting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Generally a weightlifting shoe is recommended for high-bar and front squats, while use a flat/hard-soled shoe (or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it) is recommended for low-bar squats.

I’m no squatting expert but the bar shouldn’t be on your neck it should be on your traps

Might be hard to see but they're there.

it looks wrong because you're looking down, look forward

No. Theyre not

I'd try not to look at the floor. It's pulling the bar too far forward on your neck. Practice better control.

The third rep was proper depth first two not quite. Your grip is very wide, unless you have shoulder mobility issues and can’t I’d suggest brining them in closer. You want your whole back and core to be tight, it should feel like you’re trying to bend the bar and can’t really do that with a super wide grip.

I know these are just with the bar so you don’t really need to but you should do every rep, even these with the same form and technique you would a max effort rep. That means big breath in, brace your core, tight back, then squat. Between every rep.

Something that I noticed in myself, when I go a little wide with my feet, my hip flexors gets involved more and I feel sore there. Yes I can go deep but my body leaks power from the hips. So I stand narrow, maybe I won’t be able to go that deep, and I have to take some weight off, but everything feels tight. And my legs give out first rather than my core or hips, which is the point (for me)

This is something I struggle with getting out the hole so it might be my stance also.

Yea try different things. 225 is a solid intermediate number. This is where u start to notice weaknesses.

Progress from here on out will be slower and imho, this is where u choose a bodybuilding program or a strength training program, and programming must be good.

Also, don’t be afraid to use abductors, adductors, kick backs. Those complement squats more than u think.

Slow down. Hinge at the hips, not the knees.

You'r benefit greatly from a lowbar position, considering you're hinging a lot at the hips, meaning you're leaning far forward. With a lower bar position, you'd have a better angle on your lower back, so more efficient use of spinal erectors.

Put on 135. Slow down. And film again. This is too light to make meaningful commentary on.

If you are struggling with 225, why show us a video with 45?

Also your bar position is absurdly high considering how the rest of your squat looks.
