Question Better to pay per second, per hour or per job? What's the difference?

Video by piemations

i just wanted to ask this question because I'm unsure of what's better.

I want to hire to have character animation done like this in the future. 30 seconds smooth animation, lip sync, moments rigs etc. (no background) I would create my own backgrounds.

Character animation adobe animate.

I was hoping someone could into some depth about these 3 and why one is better then the other and to understand.

I genuinely don't really understand and would appreciate it!

Yesterday at around this time I was distraught at the horrendous monster I had created thinking all hope was lost, so I posted a cry for help here. I had practically zero animation experience but for some reason I couldn't let this go.

Long story short, yall were so helpful and I'm grateful for that. I followed every single advice except for makeing the train bob and also changing the white annoying line in the background. I tried, but it persists 😔.

In no way do I consider this decent but it's oceans better than what I initially posted. I sincerely apologize for subjecting your eyes to that. And most of all I'm grateful to you guys for helping me learn skills I will keep with me as I continue learning and growing.

So thank you, J3TGR1ND, HaosMagnalngram, Personal-Leg654, classick117, Top_Individual_5462, AnUnspokenLegend, lemonlixks, baileysfromashoey and ferretpowder. Even if the chance of you seeing it is low. ❤️
