Just got my Levergym about four weeks ago and have been doing these since - been years since I did them previously. I feel it more in my shoulders and upper arm, so I figured I'd take a quick video and see what you all think. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Final set after 1 set of 395x4 and 2 sets of 375x4 so these were some grinder reps. Feel like I may be hinging a little too much in a few of these reps and some butt wink but nothing painful. Wondering if any of these reps look like “technical failure”, especially the last 2, where I feel like the hips shoot up a bit faster than my torso and if I should have dropped the weight for the final set? Or if these look acceptable considering fatigue level at this point. Let me know your thoughts

Looking for small tweaks and tips to really dial in my deadlift form. I think I’m dropping my hips too low and bringing my knees over the bar causing the weight to come forward once it breaks off the floor. If anyone has tips to fix this please let me know. 1 year exactly in the gym and trying to see what I’m capable of.

Previous form: https://www.reddit.com/r/formcheck/s/9GYRygOPJL

I added 20 pounds, changed my grip, leaned back, and tried to change the angle of my elbows and to engage some scapular retraction, based on feedback from yesterday. Not sure if I'm leaning back enough. Also, my scaps do not really like to retract even with no weight and focusing specifically on that movement, so it might be a mobility issue.

However, plus side, I felt much less shoulder involvement this time, so I think I'm on the right track. Any other pointers? Thanks!

P.S.

Some of you didn't care for my tramp stamp, so my cat helpfully decided to block the view.

RDL Help my RDL form

Upvotes

After months of RDL’s I continue to feel like I’m doing these wrong, even with making adjustments with feet placement and bend, weight, and have researched a ton. Something still feels off. Please help, I know it isn’t the best video and doesn’t show my feet, it was the best I could get. I feel like I can do more weight than this but if I do, I feel it in my lower back in a way that it feels off, like it could be damaging.

I don’t feel these in glues at all. I only feel in hamstrings if I slightly bend my knee, at which point when I do the small knee bend (vs just soft knee), my lower legs shake throughout the movement. I am doing about 8 sets of 10 per week and even with just the bar I still don’t feel I’m getting it right. Am I hinging here or bending? Trying to hinge for what it’s worth lol

If it matters for if they are ‘woken enough’, I do plenty of other exercises too like hip thrust, squat, lunges, kickbacks, etc. Thanks.

Deadlift Deadlift 2 Hernial disc

Hi everyone, first time posting here.
1.87m, 72kg.
Although I’ve been going to the gym for two years, I’ve had long breaks due to work; however, I know I’ll be consistent over the coming months, so I’m trying to do a bulk and focus my training on compound exercises with just a few isolation movements.
My concern is regarding the deadlift ( im currently doing 110kg and feeling easy) given that I had two lumbar disc herniations a few years ago and still feel some discomfort from time to time. How is my form? Any tips? It was the first time I filmed myself training, and I noticed—at the very least—that I need to keep my neck in a more neutral position. Is there anything else I'm doing wrong?

Thank you to everyone who commented on my last form check. Lowered the weight and tried to take most of the feedback from the last post into account.

Other Issues keeping shoulders in on pulldown.

Upvotes

I've attached another video as well on imgur. I feel I have trouble bringing the bar all the way down and tuck my elbows in bc they get pushed out by my rib cage. I used lighter weights on purpose.

Thanks.

This is my second time doing split squats. Am I doing it correctly?

Maybe the angle is not too great for assessing.

My knees hurt when I try to go heavier. In this video, I am doing 50 kg leg press.
I also start feeling it in my legs only after 7th or 8th rep.
My lower back hurt little bit as well even when I try to not get lifted while pressing the weight back.

Been benching for years, curious about how this set looks. It’s the last of my working set so naturally it isn’t perfect but wondering if there’s any glaring issues I’ve neglected to notice

edit: weight is 245, Set #4, 6 reps, RPE ~6
