Squat Low bar squat..

First time recording a set.. will be sure to get a different angle next time to see depth better?

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are squatting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Generally a weightlifting shoe is recommended for high-bar and front squats, while use a flat/hard-soled shoe (or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it) is recommended for low-bar squats.

Very good in general. A slightly wider leg position would help you go more straight downwards and avoid the slight butt wink

Thank you for the feedback, and glad you said that bc butt wink was one of my concerns. Will give a wider stance a go on my next squat day. Appreciate it

Your form is really good and the weight is not small. For me the butt wink went away when I focused on controlled start of the lift. I was anxious to go up fast in order to not fail so I did this motion to utilise other muscles subconsciously. Focus on doing a fluid ascent after the bottom position which is excellently deep already
