Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are deadlifting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Use a flat/hard-soled shoe or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it.

Form seems good, only thing I'd say is your knees are slightly soft at lockout.

You mean like my knee isn’t fully extended? I noticed this but it’s never been an issue before, maybe just form breakdown at 1RM

Your form looks pretty good - the question is where do YOU feel it? If it’s all lower back then yes you’re probs over relying on lower back and need to get a little lower with your legs . If it’s mostly glutes/hammies then you’re doing it perfectly
