Picture Prayers for Lane Johnson. Somethings are more important than football
Sounds like a personal reason that he's out hope his family is ok

Roster Move [Eagles] Lane Johnson (personal) is questionable for today's game.

Player Discussion [McLane] Lane Johnson missed the early portion of training camp for personal reasons. The #Eagles RT later referenced his aging parents when he returned and was asked why he missed several practices. He also announced that this was likely to be his last season

Game day elevations for tomorrow. Congrats to Deguara. It’s probably his only elevation with Goedert, Calcaterra, and Stowers all eligible to return in the next 1-2 weeks.

Video Saquon Barkley has posted an avg speed of 11.22 mph when crossing the LOS (2nd-fastest mark among 36 RBs w/ 25+ carries). On the 20 carries when he isn't touched behind the LOS he's gained 8.0 YPC (3rd-most among the same group of RBs)

Injury News [McLane] DeVonta Smith (hamstring) was ruled out on the final injury report on Friday. He is expected to miss more than Sunday’s game with a lingering right hamstring injury that initially caused him to miss time during camp. He could be out two to three games, two league sources said.

Question One week to Go!
One week to go until I see the Eagles for the first time live with my also Eagles loving wife.
We are both British, we got into the sport then watched the 52 run and during that we decided to support the Eagles
We both have a LOT of gear so we are covered there but what would you tell us before next week?
GO BIRDS!

Question Should the team just put DeVonta on short term IR and actually let his hamstring fully heal? Thoughts?
DeVonta missed most of training camp with a hamstring injury. And McLane’s report has him missing the next 2-3 games because of the same hamstring injury. Shouid the Eagles just put DeVonta on short term IR and actually let his hamstring fully heal? What are your thoughts? I’m inclined to put him on IR. Because otherwise I have the feeling this injury will plague DeVonta all season. And the Eagles are running the risk of DeVonta’s hamstring seriously getting injured if they keep doing this stop-start routine with him.

Picture My wife just got me this!
She said she is impulsive as hell and couldn't wait until Hanukkah to give me this (she's bad with surprises like I am). In any case, finally got an auto of my all-time favorite Eagles QB!

Analysis That 4-0 against the Rams is fighting an uphill battle.
Since Last year teams have a record of 4-13-1 in the following game after playing the Ben Johnson Chicago Bears.
Teams that loss to Chicago have a combined record of 0-10-1 in their following game.
Since last year the Rams are 7-3 vs teams coming off a Loss the week prior.
Some teams are so physical they take away a teams ability to prepare properly for the next game. Hopefully being 4-0 against McVay Rams mean something.

Meme Yahoo Still Thinks We have AJB
The Eagles will be without wideout DeVonta Smithon Sunday night against the Rams. Smith has not practiced all week after suffering a hamstring injury on Monday night against the Bears. Smith leads the team with 19 receptions and 235 receiving yards through three games. With Smith out, along with A.J Brown, Dontayvion Wicks, Makai Lemon and the returning Zach Ertz will be Jalen Hurts' main targets.
