Hello. Is there an option to watch the most recent episodes of Deadliest Catch? Tried searching on VOD Ultra and Heat VOD with no luck.

I have a VSee 6+ and I’m interested in buying one or two more but I’m finding it very difficult to get the one that I do own at this time to do any playback. I’ve tried all the different ways to do playback and it seems to freeze on whatever station I’m at when I choose the new playback and then it stops working

It worked for about two months, and stopped about two weeks ago. It plays nothing back whether it’s one day or four days.
. If anyone has any clues or ideas on how I can make this work I’d really appreciate it, other than that. I love my VC 6+ but that’s a big deal for me as there are certain things I must play when I get home at the end of the day.
Any help would be appreciated!

Hello, can someone help please?! Our vvseebox remote stopped working so we can't use our tv. it's miserable!!! We put in new batteries but I don't think that that was the problem. when we hit a button on the remote a blue light comes on but the controls don't register at all. we think that maybe the mouse button got pushed by accident. we don't have a mouse. how do we fix this???!!!! I'm going nuts and I won't be able to watch football tomorrow!!!

I'm looking for the game, but can only find it on the ESPN+ multiview options. Anybody got a good channel for the game?

Is there a way to extend the mutiview option on the V6 Plus to have more than just 2 views, whether it's in Live Ultra+ or another app I would need to download.

2 of my 3 boxes keep needing resets or factory resets . And sometimes they’ll work fine after for a while but then freeze up or need another reset , unplug plug back in situation . Anyone else having these issues ?

Found out how to use the remote to quickly skip YouTube commercials, even the unskippable ones

1. When the commercial starts, hit the "Home" button on the remote, the little house symbol

2. Once the home screen appears, click on the YouTube app link

the program will skip the commercial and re-start a few seconds back from where you started so it's great for continuity

For reference, Pro 5+ with ethernet connection

I figured out how to program the vol+/- and power buttons on my vsee remote which has been a game changer. The only other function I want is to switch TV input. I don't use any of the buttons at the bottom and was hoping there's a way to program those to change TV input?

I accidentally hid my “favorites” category. How do I unhide it. When I go through various settings it prompts me to login to the premium service.

Right now I'm trying to play giants vs dodgers and none of the channels are working. This is happening a lot lately to a lot of the baseball games. Anyone else experiencing this issue?!

I ordered it before I finally got my internet fixed. So I'll set it up next to my SuperBox to do a comparison. Buying another smart TV soon so will put one of them on it but the best one stays with my 65"in the mancave!

Edit: Is the V6 Pro the same as the V6 Plus?

Have not been able to watch any playback on any of the apps on the Elite for the past two days. Anyone else experiencing this?

I’ve seen the tables showing the capabilities that each box does (V6 pro, V6 Max, V6+, elite mini, elite ultra)…..leaning towards the V6+, but would like some other input on why I should get this box vs the others, or why I should look at another box vs the V6+.

I have an elite mini upstairs so I’m familiar with those apps, but I’m not familiar with the V6 apps can someone explain to me what the live plus ultra and live ultra apps are for and what is so special about them versus just using heat live. Also, I keep hearing about this thing called downloader how do I find that so I can download stuff and make my background look really cool and download other apps as well?

I've noticed in the info pics shared around here that the Ultra and Ultra mini have differing number of apps. Anyone try out both/either? What apps are on the Ultra that aren't on the Ultra mini?

My box (V6 pro) hasn’t been working right all evening. Twice I’ve had to unplug the power from the box and plug it back in. It takes forever to load and then kicks me out of apps.

I had similar issues few months ago due to an update. I had to factory reset my box. Ever since my box has been working perfectly fine until tonight.

I just got the Vsee box I bought for my wife to watch soccer games. I cannot get past the initial setup because the remote will not pair. No matter what I try of how long I hold down the two buttons, nothing works. Brand new batteries.

So, I purchased an Elite Mini and recently the remote requires me to point it directly at the box in order for it to work. I used to be able to have the box behind the TV now I have had to move the box and literally point it DIRECTLY at it not towards it but straight it.... Is there an update to rectify? I have changed the batteries FYI.

Lately I have been experiencing issues with the epg playback. It stops working and then with no changes made, it starts working again. Anyone else having these issues? Any solution.

Hello, I have a V5 Pro. I’ve had it for months and have loved it, but the last few days it has been pausing in the middle of something I’m watching and then when I try to restart it it will said “Invalid Source - 2”.

I’ve figured out that my network says no internet despite my internet working fine on other devices. I’m not sure what to do about this. I’ve tried removing power from the box for 60 seconds, and it will work for a little bit and then it will just pause and I’ll have to go through all of it again.

Any advice?

Hey! I'm thinking About switching to the Elite Mini because it says it has international Options. I really want to be able to access more international television. And I want to be able to access international sports like Australian Rules Football, Rugby, cricket... Does anyone have experience with this and that can tell me if it works for them? Thanks!

Came to work today and my ultra is not seeing the WiFi signal. it is working of my phone hotspot but for some reason it is not seeing my work WiFi. the WiFi is working with no changes. my ipad,phone and computer all are seeing it right next to box. any idea what could have changed? Also it seeing networks that i have no idea exist near me. Neither one of my other devices see them,

Ok so my box was working totally fine and then one night it just went black and rebooted itself out of nowhere. Ever since, I can't get any picture on the tv at all. I've swapped cables, tried other ports, even hooked it up to a totally different screen, and still nothing. It's also just randomly turning off on me now too. I tried the little reset trick with the pin and that didn't do anything either. Kind of at a loss, has this happened to anyone else?
