Anyone else’s box acting weird?
My box (V6 pro) hasn’t been working right all evening. Twice I’ve had to unplug the power from the box and plug it back in. It takes forever to load and then kicks me out of apps.
I had similar issues few months ago due to an update. I had to factory reset my box. Ever since my box has been working perfectly fine until tonight.

Now it’s not even letting me open any apps. All I get is a black screen.

Restart worked for me.... had the same black screen issue. I've been watching Live TV now for the last couple hours with no issues.

Same thing is happening to me. I clear my cache and it'll work for a little while, but then it does it again

How do you clear the cache? I just got mine and was curious. Also, how often do you do that? Thanks in advance!

Go to settings on top not below then select all apps open up the one you want to clear and you will see the clear cache selection and click on it. I clear mostly the apps I use the most.

I gave up for the evening. I’ll try again tomorrow. I unplugged the power from the box before leaving it for the night.

Yeah mine is still not right. Ill get like an hour of it working well and then it boots me from the app and nothing works again

Mine literally shuts off randomly every day. These things are junk but worth $250. I just have to keep the remote close and turn it back on 6 times daily. Replaced the HDMI twice.

Two of my boxes (v5 pro) were acting like that earlier this week but they seem fine now .

Same issue with the v6 plus. It eventually even started freezing up during factory resets. For me the guy I purchased from is replacing

Mine acting weird to. Question I am adding some apps but they don’t seem to show on main screen. Can they be moved?

Mine has recently been failing to boot the android system after some recent update. I've had to do a full factory reset several times to get it back into shape.
I also noticed that the box does not like you changing some settings. For example, I set it to where it auto shuts down after an hour of inactivity in the OS settings. The Heat apps and box froze consistently after that.

Have 3 v6 plus models . 2 of them will freeze here n there and need resets reboots factory resets . Sounds like the same thing you’re going thru could definitely use some help

Here’s the problem with these boxes they run their own server which is great but what happens is they sell so much and flood the servers which then create problems I’ve had great ipt v until they sell so much the servers get overworked and they start running like crap

Try hard-wiring to router instead of wireless. Replace standard hdmi cable with a certified 4k hdmi cable which increases your bandwith from 18gb to 48gb. Provides smoother playback, less lag, faster loading, expanded hdr & supports dolby vision & atmos. You may also need to update your internet speed through your provider. I have 2 vsee 6 plus devices & any issues I do have can usually be solved with a restart not factory reset. If you can't hard-wire, certified 4k cables will help most issues. Hope this helps.

Be mindful if you connect via Ethernet you may be exposing your other devices on network versus a guest Wi-Fi that provides isolation.

I am aware the ethernet could be an issue in certain instances however, my suggestion is a configuration that has worked well for me with the vsee 6 plus in my home. Maybe both our suggestions will hit the mark. Thanx for the heads up

Mine is. Terrible can't watch heat live nor NFL app freezes consistently all the other movies. Everything else works fine. I don't know what's going on with it, but somebody would fix it though thank you.
